    My engine light came on Sunday so Monday I call for service department was put in immediately. Not sure what to expect was quickly repaired and serviced... in 2.5 hours. Mr. Jimmy Carter explain what the problem was and how the problem was repaired. My car was also received a complementary clean and washed. When my car was ready Mr. Jimmy Carter then Escorted me to my car.. I have gone to another dealership in the area and never had treatment as special that I received at Jenkins Kia in Gainesville. Please keep your staff in your service department they are awesome!

    Drove in with a TPS warning on dash, pick up a nail in tire. They fixed and washed the bugs off the car. Good to go.

    Fastest car buying experience ever. Arrived near closing time and staff, Joseph and Scott, were very accommodating by staying late and cutting through... the chase to make a sale and a happy customer. John finalized the sale by hunting down the best finance option to fit our requests. Couldn't have had a better experience and we love our new Kia Rio.     They went out of their way to assist us and help us to complete the purchase, even with special help on financing complications. We have since had the... car serviced and by going the extra mile their Service Advisor road tested our vehicle and found a problem in the steering column. He saw to it that it was fixed in an orderly fashion with no cost to us. Everyone we dealt with were very competent and professional and they even have popcorn and donuts for waiting client plus a driver to take you home so you don't have to wait endlessly in the show room, nice as it is. Well done Jenkins. You have shown. us the right way to run a dealership.

    Melissa is an awesome service advisor!! We had some warranty work and s fan blower motor that went out. She was on top of everything and detailing to... us what was happening. They recommended some other services and weren't high pressure about them!

    My husband and I went to the dealership to test drive a 2020 Kia Telluride. We are in the market for a new/bigger vehicle as we are expecting baby #2 in... late November. After the test drive, we agreed on a price with Doug, the GM, but had to leave to pick up our son from daycare and get our checkbook from home (as we had no intention on buying a vehicle that day). Doug suggested that our sales associate go with us to our home to get the checkbook AND to pick up our son... Absolutely not! When we returned to the dealership no more than 30 minutes later, the monthly payment had increased by $100. After spending 5 hours at the dealership with my 2-year-old son (who had not had dinner yet), we told our sales associate and Doug (GM) that we would make a decision by 9 PM, but could not stay any longer because my son was starving, exhausted, and restless (it was now after 7 PM). My husband contacted our sales associate by 9 PM and informed him that we had agreed on the deal and would like to purchase the vehicle. My husband was then told that he would be contacted first thing in the morning. After numerous attempts at reaching our sales associate starting at 8:00 AM, my husband received a text message at 3:30 PM stating that the car had been sold. If you are looking for a Kia, steer clear of this dealership! Do not waste your time with the dishonest and unprofessional employees of Jenkins Kia of Gainesville. We will most likely purchase the Kia Telluride in the next few weeks in Ocala or Jacksonville, but we will not step foot in the Gainesville location ever again! Also, do not go by the prices advertised online as they are not correct. Every car on the lot is advertised at a much lower price online. The Kia Telluride we were interested in purchasing was advertised at around $43k online, but was $52k at the dealership.
