A couple of weekends ago I helped a good friend drive from Boone, North Carolina to Manassas, Virginia to buy a Tesla. He was referred to Imperial Highline... by Tesla, so there didn't seem to be anything to worry about. It was a 2015 P85D in red. That was the exact year, model, and color my friend wanted, and from my understanding, there weren't many of them in the country. Which is why we drove 5 hours for this one. We planned on test driving it and paying in cash and then driving back to North Carolina. Prior to making the trip, my friend asked the salesman to walk around the vehicle thoroughly just to make sure there wasn't anything unusual and to tell us everything he saw. The salesman reported back to my friend that it was in excellent condition, as portrayed in the photos online. When we arrived, we took it for a test drive and noticed a loud wind sound coming from the moon roof. We discovered that the rubber seal was broken, which was causing the loud wind noise. We then noticed a substantial dent and scratch on the top of the vehicle. When we brought these concerns to the salesman, he seemed dumbfounded. He then offered to have the dents and scratches and moon roof seal fixed and have the Tesla delivered to my friend's door the next week. I don't doubt that they would have done this, however, part of the fun (at least to us) was to take a road trip to DC and pay for my buddy's dream car in cash. Also, when there's smoke, there's fire. If they lied to us about these small things (which, in my opinion, aren't small considering the caliber of vehicle this was) what else were they lying to us about? Minor scratches are sometimes expected when purchasing a used vehicle. But substantial scratches and dents on a $64,000 Tesla which was said to be in excellent condition is another story. If we didn't drive 5 hours for the vehicle, I certainly would not be writing this review. It's places and people like this that make folks wary of purchasing a vehicle. We've made sure Tesla knows about this and hopefully they won't refer customers here anymore.
I recently purchased an Audi Q7 from Imperial and I must say that my experience there was one of the best that I've had with regard to buying a vehicle.... Although I knew what cars I wanted to look at prior to my arrival, I was impressed with the inventory of cars that they had available. Samuel was great with regard to his knowledge of the car features and his patience with my wife and I as we asked several questions about how things worked. After I purchased the car from Imperial, their excellent customer service didn't stop there as an issue arose with my inspection and they were quick to resolve the issue and get me back on the road. I definitely appreciate the customer service and feel that I got an excellent deal purchasing the vehicle from them. I would highly recommend Samuel as well as the Imperial staff if you're searching for your next vehicle. Thanks, and keep up the great work.

Very sketchy. The customer service is terrible. I question what is or isnt available, how the vehicle got there (auction vs trade in), and how they honor... appointments and deposits. There are too many dealerships to have to deal with a sketchy operation.
In response to the owners comment, I am that Danielle Johnson from 2015. Navy blue range rover sport supercharged with miles in the low 60's. I traded... in a Dodge Charger. I didn't even mention the busted CD player, car locks and broken key (which is the one thing Imperial did replace surprisingly). This experience traumatized me so much and I'm still trying to recover from the damage this has done to my credit. I'm no hoax. I was your customer!! What can you possibly do to fix this now? You can't do anything. I begged for your assistance when I was going through this and you never fixed the issue which was the supercharger the entire time. You people had NO business selling that xxx to anyone but you just wanted to make a buck. It's taken me awhile to write this review as I was so deeply violated by this dealership that I couldn't bring myself to even write this review. My dream car was a Range Rover Sport. I wanted one my whole life and I scrimped and saved to be able to afford it. I saved 7k for my maintenance alone because I wanted to be responsible. I went in to Imperial Highline and everyone was so nice and shiny and full of conversation. I trusted them when they told me how lucky I was to be buying my dream car with such low miles on it. I was thrilled until I drove off the lot, got 10 miles from home and the check engine light came on. I was totally blindsided. I just signed papers minutes earlier and put money down and was facing this monumental problem. I immediately called the dealership and spoke to MY salesman, the slick and shiny Fahim, that assured me he would make it right. So I brought it back like they said and they kept it 3 days and then told me to come pick it up. I picked it up and before I made it home the check engine light was back on. I brought my truck back 3 times until I took it to a mechanic that told me that the reason the check engine light kept coming on was because the supercharger was burnt out and had been for a while. I told the folks at Imperial what the issue was and that it was going to cost almost 5 grand to fix. They told me they they had done what they had done already as a courtesy and that they wouldn't be doing anything else. They had zero honor as I cried on the phone. I ended up having to pay for it out of pocket. 3 weeks later the hydraulic system went. That was 2k. Eventually this lemon they sold me sucked me dry and ate up all my reserves within less than 3 months of ownership. I ended up having to give it back to the bank and it ruined my credit. DO NOT TRUST THESE HEARTLESS PEOPLE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR FINANCES BY SELLING YOU A LEMON AND THEN JUST WALK AWAY. THEY HAVE ZERO HUMANITY AND ONLY CARE ABOUT CLOSING A DEAL.

Was contacted by the dealership 2 hours after finding out that the car we drove for 3 hours to look at was not charged. An option of free delivery was... offered. Understand that it was a simple oversight. Would do business with this dealership in the future.
Definitely a dealership to recommend if you want an exotic car. I had always loved GTRs. I came from Nevada to take a look at highline's GTR because the... price was so great. From the start, the sales team was amazing, I called Peter and he arranged for someone to pick me up as the dealership is not too far away from Dulles. The same day I arrived, Peter and I were able to do the paperwork for the contract and I was on my way. The car buying process was smooth and quick, no hassles whatsoever.
