Dane help me out when I was having car trouble. He found the problem and he fixed it. He was the nicest guy when I was totally stressed out. You're lucky to have him as an employee. Definitely should give him a raise, so he won't get away. I would buy another Volkswagen!!!

If you are looking for a service department that truly cares about its customers and does exceptional work, this IS the place to go. While there are several locations nearby where I can get my VW Beetle serviced, I choose to drive an hour to Marion, Illinois because of the quality of service, kind staff, and knowledgeable technicians. My Beetle is my baby, and this service department treats her as such, even going as far as remembering my car’s name, Stella. The folks at Volkswagen of Marion always do an excellent job but it was my visit in April 2023 when the team showed me just how exceptional their service can be, especially Brian Evans and Rich Lewis. They stayed in contact with me while their technicians team spent several days pinpointing what was wrong with my car. My biggest concern was having some form of transportation during this time. Well, they quickly squashed that concern by giving me a vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop. When my Beetle was fixed, they brought it back to me looking brand new inside and out with gas in the tank. As a woman, dealerships and service departments can be intimidating. Historically, the automotive industry has been male-dominated, and as a result, women are sometimes stereotyped as not knowing much about cars. Luckily, it’s not like that at the Volkswagen of Marion service department. If I could, I’d give the service department at Volkswagen of Marion way more than a five-star rating as they continue to exceed my expectations.

We found the vehicle online requested information on it we were contacted by Tyler Griffin he was not pushy or in a hurry he tried to explain everything in detail and offered to try and beat the interest rate our bank was offering and he did by almost half a percent very pleased and would definitely do business with him again thanks EddieTurner

I love my new Tiguan 2021, i love the features it has all together. The employees were nice, very polite in asking what i wanted and worked with me till the end. Mr. Loving was very professional. I picked what i wanted and that's exactly what i got. Mr. Jay Wright was excellent and professional, he explained everything and answered all my questions. I gave Ms. Ashley Church 3 stars because i didnt talk to her, but im sure she is a very nice person as well. The Tiguan 2021 features should be advertised as a great vehicle for teenagers. The lights that's come on the side review mirrors alerting you that someone is coming up on your left or right side. The brake assistance: I was driving and a vehicle got in front of me and my vehicle slowed down for me. A+. I recommend this vehicle for teenagers. I recommend Volkswagen to family and friends

I was completely taken advantage of was not allowed to see any paperwork had no clue what they were giving me for trade-in on my car the lady walks out says OK we can get your payment where you need to be the next thing I know a guy takes me back to a room that haven’t even spoke to the whole time I was there as the other customer service lady walks out and starts cleaning my car out and putting all my stuff in the new car before I even signed the papers as I’m sitting there I felt like I was pushed to sign the papers after they already printed out they were extremely pushy and very shady did not explain anything they’re only there to take a vantage of people screw them over I would not recommend this place to do business with ever everyone that I have talk to you about it swears to me that they will not do business with Volkswagen a Marion and I am going to keep on writing his reviews on different sites because I have left them two reviews and they said that they would have someone get back with me and never have this has been a week ago!!!

I have left of numerous reviews and complaints just 2 days after purchasing my car and they say that they’re going to get back to me And find out what went wrong and how to fix the problem and they never do... Horrible customer service ! I was a returning customer as well I was told and lied to about bringing my car back in a returning customer and getting better trade in value and then through the paperwork process I never was told what I was getting for my car I never even got to see any paperwork until the lady was already outside taking all the stuff out of my car and putting it in my new car as I went into another office and sat with a guy that pulled out all the paperwork I was definitely taken advantage of I thought like I was forced to have to sign the paperwork after it was all done and typed up! I notified them two days later about how I felt and how I wanted this fixed or some kind of different agreement or different arrangement I wanted my car back no response other than the response of the comment I left on their page saying that they will have someone get back with me immediately and never did I will never ever recommend this place to anyone stay far away from this dealership all they wanna do is take it vantage of you maybe someday they’ll actually respond to one of these reviews that I leave actually actually pick up the phone and call me fix the problem but I’m not gonna hold my breath! 👎🏻👎🏻 👎🏻

So thankful to have come across this dealership and to have been able to work with the wonderful Sarah Lay on completing the purchase for the "new to me" 2016 Nissan Rogue. The vehicle was advertised online and was in excellent condition/looked brand new when arrived to VW of Marion. Sarah Lay and the rest of the crew there made the process quick and smooth; all while maintaining excellent, quality customer service. Also, Sarah Lay followed up with me on my purchase and checked to see if I was satisfied or had any needs. VW of Marion excelled in service, and would definitely recommend buying a car from them.
