I must be honest and say that I've been apprehensive and on guard about this dealership since I purchased my CTS this past March. I was formally... a Lincoln owner, and always blown away by how wonderful I was treated at Hines Park Lincoln of Plymouth. My apprehension about this particular dealership stem from a very bad experience in 2001, when my vehicle, not a Cadillac, was brought in for body work following an accident. I was reassured by my salesperson that since that time, they had made seeping changes and all the issues had been eliminated. My last experience on August 2, has left me wondering about this. I'd like to start by saying that each time I've visited the dealership, I've been impressed at the warmth and curtesy of the front-line employees. They make an effort to make certain that you've been taken care of. With that said, this was my experience; I arrived at 7:30 (ish), to have routine maintenance performed on my CTS, (oil, lube, tire rotation). I decided to wait, because I had been told the day before that if I arrived early, I'd be in and out. Three hours later my car was ready. In my opinion, this is not 'in and out', but I understand that things sometimes happen that cause unexpected delays. As always, when my car was returned to me, it was freshly washed and hand dried. When I returned home I noticed that one of my tires had a bulge in the sidewall. I immediately returned to the dealership. How could they rotate the tires and not notice this defect is beyond me. I was politely taken care of as soon as I returned. Foolishly, since they hadn't noticed this while I was there a few minutes earlier, I assumed I'd be taken care of A.S.A.P. and didn't even think to request a shuttle back home. Almost 3 hours later, the tire had been replaced. * A side note: I purchased, (with some hesitation I might add), the tire insurance for my run-flat tires ... and I'm so grateful that I did. These are expensive, vulnerable tires, especially when you consider the state of the roads in Michigan. Continuing with my review. While I was very disappointed that what I thought would be a 1 hour maintenance visit had somehow turned into nearly 6 hours of waiting, the ordeal was finally over; or so I thought. When I arrived home the second time, I noticed that two of the wheels had been scratched, not severely, but scratched nonetheless. I hand wash my car, so I know every mark on it, and where or when it occurred. I was leaving to go out of town, so I never called or returned to the dealership to address these scratches. This incident reminded me of my experience in 2001. Even then, I was always treated respectfully by the front-line folks, but the 'behind the scenes' people showed very little respect or integrity for my vehicle. They seemed to be a big ball of contradiction. I realize that there are some folks out there dripping in cash, and perhaps they aren't bothered by a few scratches on $400.00 chrome wheels, but I'm not one of them. When you pay a lot of money for a vehicle, it only seems fair that you should expect that the people that you intrust to service it, are going to do so with care. I've rated this experience a 3, but in all honesty, I should be less. I'm now faced with either dealing with the scratched wheels, or learning to live with them. In reality, it doesn't escape me, that it is after all, just a car. On my next visit however, (which hopefully will not be any time soon), I'll be sure to request either a loaner or a shuttle back home. I will also remind them to speak with those who will be working on my vehicle, to treat my car the way they would want THEIR car treated. While it won't be convenient, I'm considering the idea of bringing my vehicle to another Cadillac dealership for future service.

I just purchased a previously owned Cadillac from Suburban Cadillac. My salesperson was John Griffin. He went out of his way to email me many pictures... of the car I was interested in, and we talked on the phone numerous times. I decided that even though the dealership was over an hour's drive for this old lady, I felt this was a man I could trust. He was very efficient and professional during the sale, and even helped me with my handicapped husband. He made it a good experience

I was involved in an accident and called the dealership as soon as I received the report from the officer. Don took my call and had everything ready... for when I got there. From the time of the accident until I drove away from the dealership (in a similar vehicle) it was less than one hour. Throughout the repair process, Don called and kept me informed. My XT5 looks great and you cannot tell it was involved in an accident.

I had the pleasure of working with Darius Thompson. He was excellent. He answered all my questions and was very knowlegible. He was patient and handled... all my concerns . He took out the time to explained all the features on my car and let me know that if I had any other concerns in the future to just stop in. My experience at this dealership with Darius was 100%.

I was not completely satisfied with the service repair I received at Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth. I feel I was overcharged on the labor costs for the... replacement of transmission cooler lines on my Cadillac CTS. I have been getting my vehicle serviced at this location (previously Don Massey) since 2010 and this visit has truly left me with great disappointment. The service department at our dealerships should be in the business of providing great service repair while ensuring that service is fair to the customer?s wallet. The relationship that was established with the many years of business I have given to this location was ruined when I was charged such an outrageous price for the replacement of the transmission cooler lines.

When they applied the DPI service to my windshield they applied it over a dirty windshield (I was a little upset about that)

We got a better than elsewhere lease price for a Cadillac XT5 AWD 2018 Standard at this dealership, set up a Friday after thanksgiving appointment with... the salesman Todd Craig. We did not need to ask him for any discounts that applied-he actually presented those to us which was pretty unexpected. Leasing Documents were prepared very quickly and while they were getting the car ready we were offered pastries and different kinds of hot drinks. Then when we said we would rather pick up the car later as we had people coming over to our house we were offered a replacement car to drive home and when our car was ready it was delivered to our driveway. Great experience!
