Helpful Friendly Staff

2016 Jeep Cherokee

Hands down the easiest car buying experience! Great people to work with especially Dan, Jess, and Brandon! Low pressure and so friendly. Truly bend over backwards.

Warranty service

Great experience!

Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Accessible hours. Ability to look at vehicles indoors before test drive. Great discounts. They made the car buying process enjoyable.

Easy buying

I was in the market for a larger SUV- basil made it happen and at the price I wanted. It was an easy buying experience. My only complaint is the amount of time I spent waiting. I did not plan on spending all day at the dealership but it happened. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I just didn’t want to waste my entire day. But in the end I ended up with an awesome atlas!

Prompt, Friendly service

Prompt, courteous service from everyone, starting with scheduling the appointment, to the service department. They provided shuttles to get me to work and back to the dealership to pick up my car.

Excellent Service

It was a pleasure to have my car serviced on July 31st. Kevin Burkhard has great customer service skills. I have seen a great improvement in attitude, since I bought my Passat in 2017. Mr. Basil and staff are making buying and servicing a fun and great experience.
