I’m forced to leave at least a 1 star review and that’s being generous. I’ve called and emailed about a truck this dealer has and nobody there wants to... communicate, unreal! This dealer has had this truck for months now and I WAS trying to buy it. You know what? Keep your truck! Everyone else beware, you’ve been warned.

This place is awesome the Manager is AWESOME!! I worked with Casey and she was the very best! She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the car... that I wanted!! I would definitely purchase from them again!!

Well I hate to do this but I did give them several opportunities to earn my business but they failed. Response time was slow or none at all via email and... when I asked for an appraisal estimate on my vehicle that I was looking to trade in, I never received one. I have moved on and purchased elsewhere.
We are always disappointed to hear about losing a customer. I will you use your experience as training for the staff so we can improve our processes.... I was in the drive thru service are and ask Nick Moore if I could ask him a question he said he was really to busy to discuss my car with me he said it... nasty way he acted like he didn't even want to be bother with me I had pulled my business away from there after doing 30 some years of business and spending lots of money due to Nick's attitude failure to communicate with customer he needs to be gone he is the problem in that service department he always has a nasty attitude don't sometimes I don't think you really cares about the customer anything you try to explain to him it's like it takes forever for him to call you back on issues I pulled my business due to the negativity in that service drive-thru and some of the figures on part of the mechanics now it's ridiculous that I've done business for one Ford dealership this is not a way to keep customers coming back I shouldn't have to drive 45 minutes or 20 minutes to a new Ford dealership because I can't get the service that I had got in the last 20-25 years now it's ridiculous something needs to be done about it they act like they're too busy to work with customers if they're too busy along with Keith he don't seem like he's got a customer-oriented attitude when you try to explain something to him he acts like he knows it all and he don't know it all but Nick needs to be gone I will not do business there as long as Nick still works there it's ridiculous that I go after 20 years I've got to pull my business I hate attitude I guess money just don't mean nothing to this organization but when one customer leaves it runs it comes down to two customers comes down to 10 customers comes down to 20 customers all that want to spread the word you don't want to do this is there. Something's got to be done I want to do business there but I'm going to do it in there thank you

They advertise the best prices in town. Came in and negotiated a price. It was a done deal. I started to call my lender and the Dealer said "no deal".... "Our deal was based on me using Ford Credit. Well, nobody mentioned that. I had already told the seller that I would be using my own financing. The salesman blamed the sales manager for not listening. The sales guy literally walked away and said I got nothing for you. The Sales Manager completely ignored the situation. I am sitting on the phone with my bank, going what just happened? I was more annoyed that they let me walk out the door without even trying to convince me to spend an extra $1250 or look at a different vehicle. They didn't want my business. I walked out and came back in and yelled at the Sales Manager, who then yelled at me. He should have understood why I was upset. I wasted an entire day there. My time is valuable. Thing is, I probably would have budged and bought the truck if they just tried. Worst service I ever had. Note, all of their prices include every discount known, that you don't qualify for. I just figured that out. They changed the wording since to show that.

Randy Marion is too concerned with haggling you about the price of your trade in rather than actually trying to sell a car. They are only concerned with... your pay off of your trade in in factoring the price of the cars they sell. I'll never deal with them again and would advise all to be wary.
