Very shady dealer. It took two days to receive a half dozen pictures of a car on their lot and after finding the photos acceptable I attempted to negotiate... a purchase. I live a considerable distance from the dealer so I sought to receive a firm quote on sale price and verification the vehicle would be held if I purchase an airline ticket to pickup the car. After some intermittent communication I was informed the car would be held if I provided a receipt for the airline. I was also told final price was not negatable until I arrived in person. While the lack of upfront price negotiation was not ideal I was willing to work with this as I was looking for a $100 reduction to make the payment a round number. Within seconds of receiving this information I responded that I would be willing to travel by air and pay cash for the vehicle but I would need a ride from the dealer once I arrived in Ohio. A half hour later I was informed I would need to contact an UBER for a ride as the dealer does not offer a shuttle. This should have been my second sign to walk away but I liked the car and was willing to overlook the lack of customer service to get the car I wanted. I promptly replied saying I will make arrangements to arrive at the dealer and verified once more the car would be reserved. Within seconds of placing my airline reservation I forwarded my ticket to the dealer so the car would be held. Twenty-five minutes passed and I was contacted (by text) to cancel my ticket as “the car sold”. After calling the dealer and speaking to a sales person in an attempt to recover the fare for my now worthless ticket, I was denied speaking to a manager multiple times and was told “sometimes in life you have to suck it up”. I was then offered a letter to present to the airline as if this was going to recover the funds I wasted. I have never received this letter or been contacted by the dealer since. Luckily, American Express stands with their customers and was able to get me a refund despite it being against airline policy. Bottom line, they are dishonest and refuse to take any responsibility for their employees. All good businesses stand by their word, this one does not. I will be heading to a more reputable dealership to buy a car.
About two weeks ago I went on their lot I selected the car no Salesman approached me I did my research I filled up my credit report I drove to the dealership... had in my credit report in the car that I selected in and three weeks later I’m still waiting for a call back. I went to a dealership 15 miles away and bought my new car. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life
Went to look at a car. Car was in very poor shape. Not mentioned when speaking on the phone or in any of the pictures on the website. Pictures were all... taken to avoid showing the blemishes and damage. This place shows the signs of being shady so be careful.
Was looking for a decent used car for my son for a few months already and finally found a perfect one, corresponding all his requirements, at Premier.... My son is so happy about his 2017 VW Passat. Thanks Premier!!!!!!
Just purchased a used 2007 Hyundai Elantra, the car looks like a brand new, smells good, brand new tires, very well detailed. London was wonderful and... very helpful, made the whole process of purchase very smooth and easy, no stress at all. Trustworthy place!!!!

I believe it was back in September, my wife and I were in the market for a clean, used sedan for our growing family. We had searched around other nearby... used car dealerships and found there was nothing much more than beaters. However, Premier Auto Group showcased a wide variety of AFFORDABLE and EXCELLENT conditioned used vehicles, even some that were older in year. We ended up test driving a 2001 Buick Century Custom with only 53,000 miles and was surprised by the performance, durability, and interior and exterior condition of the car. We decided this was the car for us. The process to actually pay cash and drive off the lot was SUPER quick and efficient. We were worried we would be there for hours, similar to when we financed my wife's SUV earlier in the year. However, we were driving out just a little over an hour after arriving. We were very pleased with the associate who worked with us and did not feel pressured in any way. I would absolutely recommend this place and will certainly be purchasing my next vehicle from here.
I bought my new (used) Nissan Altima just yesterday from PAG and am really happy with my purchase. Wide selection of decent used vehicles, no pressure... but very professional sales personnel. Love this place, will definitely be back!!!!! RECOMMEND!!!!!
I only owned my car for about an hour before I heard a metallize noise coming from the engine and I took video of noise, pictures of the check engine light... being on they claimed they fixed and sent it to their email and to the salesman cellphone and left many messages with no reply. After a few days of no response I called from another number and the salesman answered and I brought it to his attention and he said it was my problem even though he assured me that if anything happened in the first few days they would take care of it. That noise got louder gradually and led to the push rod shattering and blowing a hole thru the block. Had it been addressed when I asked them to I wouldn’t be without a car that I can’t afford to fix right at Christmas of all times. Nothing like a $11,000 paper weight!
Spoke with Phil aka "Santa." Made arrangements to view a used car. Called back to confirm payment, assure I could take car for inspection, etc. All good.... Drove about 2 hours to see car. When I arrived with my family, Phil had just tried to start/drive car for very first time. Turns out no one at Premier had even sat in the car, started it or driven it EVER. The car wouldn't start and when Phil got it jump started there were numerous errors, check engine light and a constant warning alarm which we were unable to turn off. The engine was running rough, some windows would not open (numerous electrical faults), opening the trunk revealed it had been leaking water everytime it rained for what appeared to be years. Mold in numerous places. The trunk interior was removed and a completely corroded control module was visible. Despite this, I took the car down the road to JK Kar Kare and had it inspected. Jim at JK was good and gave me a complete report of all the problems with the vehicle. When I returned to the dealer, Phil seemed unsurprised the vehicle needed excessive repairs let alone being undrivable due to the loud engine noises and constant warning lights. He apologized for all the problems with the car but initially stated that prices were not negotiable. Then Phil called his boss, a guy named Sergi, and neither discussed the car or it's repairs. Offered me 500$ off asking price for what was thousands in repairs needed. Did not even care to look at the vehicle inspection report from a reputable mechanic 2 miles away. It was obvious that some seriously shady business practice is going on at Premier Auto. Read the other reviews. Those 5 star reviews are all from the same person. The 1 stars are from actual potential buyers. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE! Avoid this place so they can go out of business and we can get a reputable car dealer in Milford. Shame on Premier Auto.
