Freehold of Honda made my car leasing experience simple and easy. I was impressed by the level of cutomer service. I felt valued as a customer and I felt my deal was very fair. I worked with both Evelyn and Raj and would recommend them to my family and friends. They were both top notch!

The manager of this Honda of Freehold dealership Lied...
The manager of this Honda of Freehold dealership Lied about sending me an internet quote and telling me a specific vehicle was on premise for me to test drive. I drove in traffic 3.5 both ways and this is what I get as soon as I walk in. At the reception desk when the Manger arrived, he questioned me twice "Is this Ridgeline for you?" I looked around and said do you see anyone else? He just laughed as I'm a female and why would I look to drive a Pick up truck. That was very condescending and unprofessional in today's time. The sales person was very polite. As I know and the sales person knows, the managers and dealerships have access to see if another dealer near by has the same truck that I'm looking for. He did not want to help and just laughed and told me why I won't go for the Ridgeline RTL and have to have the sports model and told me all cars drive and feel same especially the two Ridgeline. One's small and sporty with 18"Alloy Wheels the other is more of a luxury and he wanted me to just settle for what he felt I should. I would never ever recommend anyone to this dealership. While the other Honda dealership I went to after and others that I have been at have been very respectful no matter what. You would more likely get this type of attitude from a sales person but This Honda of Freehold Dealership is unique, it's the Manager that makes condescending remarks to female customers that come in to buy a pick up truck. You want an excellent experience for the money you are investing AVOID HONDA of FREEHOLD, Freehold, NJ

BEWARE!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! By far the worst...
BEWARE!!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! By far the worst experience ever at a car dealership. We found exactly the car we were looking for online, it was located at FREEHOLD HONDA and it was $5000 less than everywhere else. We called the dealership spoke to a salesperson who said the car was available and had us make an appointment to see it the following morning. We told him we were 2 hours away and asked for the best route which he gave us along with our " customer number" and appointment time. We called our credit union got pre-approved for the price of the car... washed our trade and made the 2 HOUR TRIP to FREEHOLD HONDA the next morning. We arrive at our appointment time, gave our customer number and waited 10-15 minutes for someone to speak to us. Finally Andrew Woolcock approached us with an extremely insolent attitude and informed us that the car we came to purchase had been sold and is going out in 2 hours. " IT HAPPENS" is what he said!! Then he quickly tries to get us to look at other cars. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! NEVER did anyone on the phone ask us for a deposit on the car which we would have given since we spent $50 in fuel and tolls along with a wasted vacation day. What do they attempt to do?? Sell us another car for more money with less options and higher miles. AGAIN- BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! Obviously this is how FREEHOLD HONDA operates, buyer BEWARE! We attempted to work with the dealership by contacting Nelson Guerrero for assistance but sadly, Mr. Guerrero turned our problem over to Andrew Woolcock who once again was not accommodating and clearly did not want to assist us.

Brought car in for service as check engine light was on....
Brought car in for service as check engine light was on. I am the type of person who likes to work on my own cars because I do not trust most mechanics. I was confident I knew what the problem was but I just didn't want to fix it myself as I am getting older. I was so impressed by the way I was treated that I will definitely be going back to Jerwin in the future for service. Car fixed first time, quickly, and at a fair price. With no fanfare. Well Done Jerwin. And sorry it took so long to post this review as the service was done a few weeks ago.

My mom and I were at your dealership on saturday,March 25th,to purchase a certified pre-owned used car. Your salesman,Paul Aweeky,took wonderful care of us! My mom was a little aprehensive about going to a car dealer to begin with,but Paul helped us pick a beautiful 2010 honda civic LX. He explained warranty details, showed us the car facts,spoke with a rep from my mom's insurance company, he basically made us feel very secure with my mom's purchase and she is absolutely thrilled with the car!! We recently bought a Honda Accord at Honda of Freehold and it was a very pleasant experience for me and my family. We are certainly enjoying the car. It was a pleasure to work with Paul Giarratano. He was very courteous, sincere and thorough and was very refreshing to see a car salesman very unlike others and was the main reason we came back to Honda of Freehold to complete our purchase. We also found the Sales Managers Steve Tancona and Andrew Woolcock to be extremely helpful. I would definitely want to do more business with Honda of Freehold and recommend others to do the same.

Dealing with Paul Giarratano was a most pleasurable...
Dealing with Paul Giarratano was a most pleasurable experience. We found his knowledge and manner in which he described the Civic EX-L model to be extremely helpful. Based upon my previous negative experiences with so many auto salesmen, it was refreshing to deal with Paul. Because of our sales meeting with him, my wife and I are seriously considering purchasing our Honda Civic from Paul. We will certainly recommend Honda of Freehold and Paul Giarratano to everyone we know who is interested in purchasing a Honda. We also found the Sales Manager Steve Tancona to be extremely helpful.
