Overall very happy with my car buying experience at Kendall. Brian Smith was helpful, friendly & easy to work with. The process was simple. No high pressure anything. I was treated well despite intentionally going in in old clothes & a raggedy old hat. I used the internet to negotiate & Brian matched a lower offer from a different dealership.

Purchased new car Sept 2016 from Kendall Toyota in Bend. Had full amount of money in hand. Had multitude of problems (more then anyone should ever have) with customer service as you can see from my previous post Nov 10, 2016. Manager came by in mid Nov 2016 to offer us an apology and said he would 'give us' dark window visors for my new Highlander to "get the bad taste of KENDALL OF BEND SERVICE out of our mouths". This is now Feb 2017 and we have NOT seen OUR visors! Imagine that! I'm not even shocked by their bad customer service any more. We even emailed the manager in January asking about the status of our visors, and still haven't heard back from anyone in KENDALL TOYOTA IN BEND. I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Yes, there were issues in the fall of 2016 and in November, I drove over 70 miles to personally apologize for the length of time it took to complete your transaction at our facility. Before my arrival we had discussed a complimentary accessory to show our appreciation for your business and let you know that you are a valued customer. When I arrived you decided that you would prefer the window rain visors for your Highlander as an accessory instead of the accessory I had brought with me. I said no problem and let you know that I would return to the dealership and order the visors and that you would be able to schedule a time to have them installed at your convenience. We have received the visors and have tried to contact you for an installation date, but we have not heard back. We have just completed the purchase of a nearly new Sienna. Our wonderful and truly caring sales person was Matthew Dennis. Over the years we have purchased many vehicles at Toyota and other dealerships in Bend. With no exception, Matthew stands head and shoulders above all of the many fine sales people with whom we have dealt. We found him to be totally honest, amazingly focused on details and always true to his word. At no time did he try to pressure us into a decision. Rather, he provided all the information and answered our every question. His stated goal was that we, the buyer, would "love" the vehicle we purchased and be totally satisfied with the transaction. Since ours was not a brand new auto, there were a myriad of details to be considered. Matthew was so extremely concerned that everything be "just right" and meet with our approval. He even suggested ways we could minimize our spending in this purchase. Matthew was so "over the top" in all our interactions that we cannot hide our enthusiasm, admiration and excitement for having the extremely good fortune to have his help in buying a car. Obviously, we recommend him highly. After reading the many other reviews, it is obvious that Matthew treats every customer in a similar manner.
