    We could not trade because I owed way more for my vehicle than it is worth. They would trade but the payment was going to be more than I could pay.

    I called to have my vehicle serviced and wad told no loaner vehicle was available, I even told them I purchased this vehicle there living 2.5 hours away.... I contacted my salesman and he came thru and got me a loaner vehicle, overall I'm very satisfied with the services provided.

    I'm no stranger to Truck Town Chevrolet, I have been doing business here since 2005! Overall, my shopping experience has always been well worth it. I find... what I want online, contact the dealership and submit my paperwork. My most recent purchase was also made by browsing online, I found the truck I wanted and the deal went thru! I am very satisfied with salesman and the dealership, I now proudly own a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado High Country crew cab!! Thanks Truck Town & Nicky Napper!!

    Was trying to buy used Ford Explorer. 3 people talked/messaged/emailed me; 2 promised details, since not even price was on Inet. Never got any info, but... then got email asking if I was satisfied. HELL NO! Asked 3rd person if there was bus from Odessa/Midland to Lamesa, since I have no other way to get fm Alpine to Lamesa. He didn't know, and clearly wasn't interested in finding out from phone book, C of C, or even someone else at dealership. He didn't even seem to understand my challenge.

    This dealership and salesman (Martin Rodriguez) went above and beyond my expectations. They definitely made my first time buying experience better than... I could have imagined. They were committed and dedicated to doing whatever they possibly could to get me the greatest and earn my business. My parents and I will definitely be back sometime in the near future to purchase another vehicle. I don't normally recommend any businesses; however, in this case I would highly recommend this dealership if you are ever in the market for a new or used vehicle! Thank you again Lamesa Chevrolet!!

    I am very sorry that you feel that way. Our salesman sent numerous pictures to you and was very transparent about the truck. The truck is a 2009 with ...over 200k miles on it. It is priced well below retail and is a great deal! The western hauler custom bed and conversion package makes it more appealing and add to the value, they are hard to find.

    During negotiations (By phone, out of state purchase) on the vehicle we agreed on a price of the trade-in. Once papers were drawn I noticed the price was... not what we had agreed upon. Brought this to the salesman attention and he said he wasn’t sure why it was that way and that he would look into it. When he got back to me after a day had past he stated that was all they were going to do and to take it or leave it and they had someone else looking to purchase this vehicle. He also stated I had until 2:00 pm that day to decide because some else was going to purchase it. We had also agreed that the vehicle would be delivered. Then he said they couldn’t do that. Finally they agreed to deliver. Also in our discussions were what came with the vehicle. Upon receipt of the vehicle a key fob was missing. I contacted the dealership and they tell me I got a good enough deal and they will not supply the second key fob. Altogether it was a very stressful purchase one of which I never want to do again. I have spoken to Salesman, Internet Manager and Main Manager and all have been very rude and unprofessional.

    We apologize if our attitude came across as unprofessional. We sell a lot of vehicles out of state and negotiate the price by phone or email. When we ...do an appraisal for a vehicle that we have not seen or been able to drive, we ALWAYS do a Ballpark appraisal. Without being able to drive it, we do not know what kind of mechanical shape it is in. Pictures can show you the physical condition, but not mechanical. We also have a document in the paperwork that you signed, it is called a We Owe. We have this document for the customers and dealers protection. We write down everything we promised the customer and anything the customer needs to provide us to make the deal complete. You purchased a pre-owned vehicle and we wrote down everything we promised you, PRE-OWNED vehicles don't always have 2 keys turned in with them. We went above and beyond negotiating the price and the delivery for you, and we offered to get you the key for cost. We did EVERYTHING we promised and are very sorry that you feel this way.
