    BMW of Ann Arbor was the only dealership in the area where I could find a certified pre-owned 328i GT which is the vehicle I wanted. Our negotiation was straight forward with little hassle and I am very pleased with the car. My first regular service appointment was efficiently handled and in both situations, I was treated as a respected customer.

    Very disappointed with BMW OF ANN ARBOR service. For last 2.5 year the service department has never finished in time. I called a head ( two days prior and requested they order a tire for my X3) I had appointment for 4 pm. I dropped car off DEREK said 1 1/2 hrs. My husband drove me home! Derek called me 1 hr 35 minutes later saying it just needed to be washed. ( asked if I wanted to pick up car tomorrow) I said no, I needed for work in the morning ! I drive to the dealership (15-20) minutes later my tire was not fixed had not even started it! I waited another 40 minutes for tire and still did not wash my car! ( it nice to wash but more importantly I need my car) I watched BMW service person get in car ( clients or dealership) car and squeal tires out of parking lot. Obviously I complained about my experience! Derek was very unprofessional. He almost throw my keys to me after the service because I started complaining about time frame they arrange. My car keys smelled like strong smoke. I guess someone went for the smoke break while I was waiting on my car...I do not smoke and it's was very unpleasant smell. It's easy to sell the car but hard to be the best in servicing them!! I Had much better experience with Chevy dealership. Bmw service is really a big disappointment for me. BMW is an elite car and I expect Much better service! 1) Untimely service for simple tire and tell me it is done to come down and wait longer! 2) Unprofessional service ( service guy driving stupid) and I know other employees saw it because they said to each other why is he driving like a idiot! Derek almost threw keys to me after I express this same topics in letter I am writing you! 3) BMW is elite vehicle and your service department has continually been very slow with more complex incidents hard to get loaner. (Shuttle service would be great for lengthy daily repairs)

    BMW of Ann Arbor consistently delivers great service. From the service representative, Dereck West, to the actual person performing the service I have always received top quality. I never feel like they are trying to oversell me services - I appreciate their professionalism. I also enjoy the car ride service they provide via Poppi. She is a delight and a wonderful added bonus to a great service experience!

    Dereck is very helpful and very pleasant. And the dealership's procedures are to be commended, as well. Waiting an hour or two while the car is serviced is not a problem because the waiting room is comfortable, there's plenty of good coffee, and you're kept informed about the progress of the service.

    We stopped in to BMW of Ann Arbor to get our car from the Service Department. Looking to get out of this car we were told that Mo Beidoun would be a great person to work with. Unfortunately this day was Mo's day off. A call was placed to Mo by the Service Department and within an hour Mo was there on his DAY OFF to meet with us. Mo is a great asset to BMW of Ann Arbor and expresses a genuine car and concern for the customer. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. I would definitely work with Mo if you get the chance. Not to say the other Sales Persons aren't good, but Mo is just this exceptional. Thank you Mo for being you and being Great! Part II of my review Service - Dusty Harrison When you purchase/lease your new/used/CPO BMW from BMW of Ann Arbor you MUST take it here and have your Service Manager be Dusty Harrison. I've been taking my BMW to Dusty for 5 years and he is always ABOVE and BEYOND any expectations I've had. He has taken care of me and my wife on NUMEROUS times and to us, he walks on water. Dusty is a true professional who cares about his customers and strives to make them happy. The combination of Mo bringing in customers and Dusty keeping them coming back is a recipe for success. Dusty is literally the only reason we kept coming back. Again, not taking anything away from the other Service Managers, but Dusty is a 12 on a 10 point scale. If you don't believe me, give it a try. He won't disappoint you nor will the friendly staff (Carol Leisure and Poppi). Attention Mr. Wade - Your biggest asset is Mr. Dusty Harrison, please take care of him.

    I found a used 3 series listed online for sale through this dealer, I contacted the dealer and they confirmed they still have that particular car for sale. Dealer said the car was currently being repaired (drivers seat) and I was not able to come and test drive the car that day. The dealer said the drivers seat would be put back in the car the following day and it would be available to view the car and test drive it. I agreed to be there the following day, I text the salesman that I spoke to the previous day and told him I was on my way, it was a 3 hour drive each way so I wanted him to know I would be there and what time, the salesman responded and said ok I will see you then. I drove 2 hours and 45 minutes and I was 15 minutes from the dealership, the salesman called me and said sorry they just sold the car. I then spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. I told them I was 15 minutes away and you knew I was coming, I couldn't believe a dealership would do this knowing I was on my way there and what time I would be there, It didn't really bother me with that particular car being sold, it was more of me wasting 6 hours out of a day and being treated like that. Never again will I look to purchase anything from this dealer. Jerry, Pierson mi.
