They sold me a damaged Masersti as CPO

BEWARE buying a Maserati from this dealership. They sold my husband and I, a crashed car with significant damage, missing badge, misaligned hood, overspray, poor paint job, extreme rust, sensors that were GLUED on, falling visor, missing air clip on vent, missing manual, missing battery, cigarette burns, and defective USB ports. As an out of state customer we trusted this dealership. Even though the carfax was clean, it was their job to inform us of all the damages on the car, once they inspected the vehicle. They reassured us several times on the phone that their were no damages. They sold me a Maserati for over $60k and passed it off as CPO (certified pre-owned). The salesman said "in order for a vehicle to be eligible for CPO it has to pass a 170 point inspection". Clearly they passed it anyway. It's not even worth half of the price we paid. They took 17 days to ship the car. Once the car arrived to us, my husband and I took a video and pictures as it was unloading from the delivery truck which shows proof and evidence of the misaligned hood, falling visor, missing air vent clip, overspray, missing badge, mismatched paint, etc. Then we took it in for inspection at a local Maserati dsalership which revealed the impact damages, cracked areas, GLUED on sensors, rust, etc. The car is a mess. We were in shock and so sad to hear what a damaged car it was. We wrote the dealership a nice letter to resolve the issue. The GM Alex Morra just called us on a recorded line where he was so rude saying there's no return, no refund, and no resolution whatsoever. In the letter, we offered to be open to the possibilities of a refund and return the vehicle, exchange, or partial refund according to the actual value of the car with the damages and keeping the car. They refused to all options. So now we have no other option than to resort to rectifying it legally.

Renewed my faith in car sales

The last time I bought a vehicle from another local place was an awful experience but Bennett Maserati made everything enjoyable. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and all around wonderful. They truly have respect for their customers and concern. They listened to my wants and needs and worked with me unlike other dealers in the area. I will be a customer of Bennett Maserati for life.

No follow up

Lack of follow up, forces you to buy elsewhere. Uneducated internet Representatives hound you by email and have no knowledge of the product at all. Their first question is how much a month can you spend. I thought this was a high-class dealership. Guess not!

I bought a 2017 maserati from allentown and I like how I was treated. My salesman Eli was greatly appreciated. He was honest with me meticulous and patient and I felt as if he genuinely cared

Awesome Experience

I would highly recommend visiting Amy at Bennett if you are considering a Maserati. She was very helpful throughout the entire process and even kept me updated on the delivery of my car. She truly made buying a car a wonderful experience. I have already referred friends to her. Definitely 5 star service!

Great Experience! Amy is the best

This was my very first car-buying experience and I could not be more satisfied. Amy went above and beyond expectations. She was not working and drove specifically to meet us at the dealer. She then went out on a limb and got me the car I wanted and more importantly, at the price I wanted. She then stayed until after 8pm until the entire process was complete. I appreciated everyone at the dealership's attentiveness and hospitality. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you, Amy!

Purchase of Maserati

This dealership was friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. We felt very comfortable dealing with them from the beginning. There was not a question they couldn't answer or any issue they would not handle. They delivered in immaculate car to me after hours.I very highly recommend them.

Great service!

Very responsive

The dealer reps were very responsive. The pictures of the car I liked were not up to the standard of others. Prob would have bought from them if I wasn't 3000 miles away. I would recommend them.
