Two times I was quoted one price over the phone and then arrived to be told another price. Last week I went in for a 20 dollar headlight and was told... it would be 220 because they needed to go into the wheel well to change it. I said nevermind and changed the bulb myself In about 2 min without going through wheel well. I attempted to call both service and general manager and after one week have received no response. This dealership is full of deceitful snakes and I would not trust them
Drop S550 for repair over a week and half ago, never contact me on any update, I always have to call them then leave message and wait for return call.... Claim they order parts but don’t know when they will arrive, or how long the body repairs will take. Shaun even told me there are plenty of other dealers in the area if your not happy. Didn’t seem interested in keeping me a Mercedes customer. There method of repair is to reset the fault code and if it doesn’t reappear then all good, no need to look for root cause, customer will bring the car back again and again. If fault code reappear, replace module don’t need to look at external sensor or connectors which are the highest failure points in the electronic. They seem to be understaffed in the service department and it definitely is showing. Maybe it time to switch brands or drive to novi. I even walk the front lot looking at the cars and not a single sales person greeted me. Go down the street to the Lexus dealership and before you close your car door there is someone greeting you.

I purchased a vehicle (from Francis Nwankwo) and couldn't be happier. Having just recently been in an accident, he was happy to work with both my father... and myself (as I was able). The sales process was simple, the vehicle was very carefully detailed and prepared, and it was a pleasure speaking with the other staff. Louie Richards was also very helpful and made the paperwork and payment a breeze! I highly recommend this dealership, and absolutely recommend Francis for sales. He even picked me up, as my previous vehicle was totalled. His attention to detail as well as his kindness and clear interest in making sure everything was in order was simply phenomenal. Once the sale was completed, he made sure I was happy with the purchase, and had a staff member drive with me and top off the tank on their dime, before I headed home. It really doesn't get better than this!

After purchasing a 2007 M. Benz CLK550 convertible from Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills (Michigan) in late Dec, the check engine light came on after... a week of ownership. The service manager Ryan at the Toyota Dealer told me to take the vehicle into a local M. Benz dealership. I took the car into Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and was greeted by Shawn Durham who was just Outstanding..Although repairs came to $6000.00, Shawn went out of his way to explain in detail the repairs that needed to be addressed right away. After contacting the Toyota store where the vehicle was purchased Cody the sales manager suggested we trade the vehicle in rather then help with the cost of repairs. Shawn also with the help of Beth in the car rental dept, put in in a new vehicle during the entire time my vehicle was in service . Five stars Shawn and Beth for the CARE AND COMPASSION, this is the meaning of customer service...Be Forever blessed. Luther

Being 40 minutes from anyMercedes dealership put me in the position of doing a lot of internet homework and making phone calls. I made appointments at... other dealerships to view vehicles and upon arrival the prices were different and they had to play musical cars to get the vehicle I wanted to purchase out of a tiny parking lot. That wasn't the case with Christi Armstrong at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor. Upon my arrival the car was clear of snow, running, and already at the front door with my name hanging from the rear view mirror. After driving the vehicle, the prices discussed on the phone were the same in the dealership. My purchase of my C300 was a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and call Christi at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor.

I have been a long time customer of Mercedes Benz of Novi, and was working a deal on a new GLE with my salesman there. I decided to come by after hours... on a Friday and see if I could find the color combination in person to confirm the deal. An hour after close I was approached by Mick Hurley and explained to him upfront what I was doing. He didn't try to flip me on to his car, but he was genuine and cared enough about my purchase that he found the exact match I was looking for and was helpful and informative. He told me he'd be happy to go through the car with me and would love to service the vehicles locally as I Live in Ann Arbor. I left and about 2 days later I found a thank you card in my mailbox from Mickey; he thanked me for coming by and reiterated he'd be happy to assisting in going through any questions I have on the new vehicle, he provided his card as well as the service managers. As someone who has been in sales their entire life Mickey impressed me beyond belief. It wasn't his product knowledge, the car, or convenience of the vehicle that made me commit to Mickey, it was his character. I told him I wasn't buying a car from him, an hour after close, most sales guys wouldn't have made it even that far.. but to go the extra mile and write a card just to offer his assistance that's incredibly admirable. Since then he's touched base constantly and been nothing short of incredible. I paid more to buy from a Mickey because of his approach, compassion for his customers, and his genuine approach. This young man is a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to working with him again in the future.
