Excellent customer service and atmosphere

My car buying experience with Sebastian was outstanding. He displayed professionalism, enthusiasm, and excellent customer service throughout the entire process!!! Also, Moe displayed these attributes as well while assisting me with various questions and allowing me to testdrive the vehicle. I enjoyed the small dealership atmosphere without the pressure that most dealers put on their customers to get an immediate sale. Moreover, at Norm Reeves Honda the sales managers, Richard and Stephen were happy to match other dealer's competitive offers, which ensured me that I was getting a great deal for my 2015 Honda Accord EX-L. I would definitely buy another Honda from this dealership in the future!

Awesome

Brett Ritchie was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to, he was not pushy in any way and allowed us to make decisions when we were ready. He provided appropriate insights into the vehicles I was interested in and also made some suggestions to other vehicles that may have fit some of the requirements I was looking for. He was trustworthy and that really made the new car buying experience a pleasant one that I would actually look forward to working with Brett again.

Great first time experience

The reason we purchased from Norm Reeves was because of Moe Abiri. We planned on getting quotes exclusively on-line, but needed to see the car in person. We didn't look forward to this because we had no intentions of buying, but it was necessary to make sure we wanted an Accord. We showed up at Norm Reeves and Moe approached us asking if we needed help. After a short conversation we mentioned we weren't ready to buy and just looking, and he didn't pressure us at all. Gave us his card, left us to browse and let us know he was around if we needed him. Because of that positive interaction, we returned to Moe after getting all the online quotes from other dealers to see what he could do. He was able to match the quoted price from another Honda dealer and after a short test drive we made the purchase. I mentioned from the start that I was not looking for any addons and just wanted whatever came standard, and there was never any pressure to add any extra features on. We got exactly what we wanted at a price we were happy with. Everyone was friendly, we received calls throughout the week after buying to make sure we were happy with the car, and we would recommend purchasing from Moe Abiri and Norm Reeves to others.

Great Service Clean Facility

Back when N.Reeves was 'Fladeboe' I purchased my vehicle in 2007. I have always had it serviced here w/ "John" in Service Dept. Recently a vehicle backed into my (R) fender leaving damage. John R. in the collision/ service dept. along with his assn't Janet' Took excellent care of me and my vehicle was repaired. From beginning to end everything was handled in a timely manner. I am very glad that Service & Collision Dept. of the now Norm Reeves Corp. have maintained the employes from Fladeboe who continue Mr. Fladeboes mantra, " Place yourself in the customers' shoes". Good experience

It was only because of Christopher Ebhabha i made this new purchase. He was really warm and super friendly throughout the process of helping me what i was looking for. I really appreciated the all the help Chris and his team did for me. Very good buying experience. Would recommend this dealership to any prospective buyer.
