Excellent experience

I came to Norman Reeves in Irvine, CA to look for a good deal. Was greeted by Sebastian Kavoosirad. Explained why I need and got an offer in same moment. 5 mins negotiation and I was headed to look a the brand new white Honda Civic. 5 mins later and we began paperwork, It was fast and I got a very good deal. It is a pleasure to work with professionals like Sebastian Kavoosirad. My son is a customer, now I am a customer, After 3 years I will be back for a new car and will look for Sebastian Kavoosirad. The Honda he offered to me is brand new and driving it is a pleasure. So good, efficient. And it is made in America! Thank you!

Jon and Stevie are my Dynamic Duo!

My father has been wanting me to have a Honda since I can remember. Coming to the Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine was the most logical thing to do since he purchased our 2005 Honda Pilot here 12 years ago. After discussing the car over the phone, we met Jon Mandujano in person at the dealership. Jon was super helpful and went over every single little detail with me, made me feel comfortable and taken care of. He took all my needs and expectations and created the perfect car for me. Since this was my first car I would be purchasing as an undergraduate student, he understood my concerns and questions and answered them as detailed as he could. He also helped me set up everything in my car and explained how it worked along the way after it was detailed. We then met with Stevie Nguyen who was the finance manager. Just like Jon, Stevie made me feel comfortable and taken care of and made sure I had the best possible experience. He drew out what my next 7 years would look like which made me feel great to visually see a diagram of how my payments would work and what is covered and not covered. He was kind and allowed me to express any concerns I had. I am glad to now be the owner of a brand new 2017 Honda Civic LX. I would like to thank Jon, Stevie and Norm Reeves from the bottom of my heart for their excellent customer service, amazing staff, and for letting me part of the Honda Family :). Andres Oliveros was Super!

I bought a 2017 Honda Fit this past Friday and Andres Oliveros was my salesman. I also dealt with Rick Acosta in the Financing area. Both of these gentlemen represented Norm Reeves Honda very well. I always felt comfortable with our conversations and didn't feel pressured to make a decision I didn't want to make. Professional and kind services

Had service done for my Odyssey. Dominick was very nice to explain the details of service to me and booked the shuttle for me to avoid the waiting time. I felt very comfortable about the environment and altitude at this location. The quality of the service is also very good. I'll recommend it to my friends.

Easy as 1-2-3

I just leased an e-Fit from Norm Reeves in Irvine. I worked with Giancarlo Spinosi, "G" as he is called. This was a stress-free transaction. G and I spoke first on the phone and discussed this special lease program. These e-Fits are hard to come by, and I was afraid I might miss out on the program. I'm seventy miles from this dealership, and these vehicles go quickly. But, thanks to G, I lucked out and got my hands on one. I happened on be in the OC when mine came available, and G called me to let me know. There were two others interested in this vehicle, and it's first-come, first served for this special program. G was able to secure the vehicle for me. Now, I found G to be a very helpful, efficient, and well organized young man. We worked together for almost a week, in which he kept in touch with me by phone. I highly recommend G. If you are in the market for a Honda, I think you should give G a cal. You will find him extremely helpful. There were no high pressure tactics or pushing me to purchase additional accessories . This was a super easy transaction. G will communicate and help make your purchase or lease a pleasant experience.

Routine Service and noise problems 2005 Honda Civic

I had made an appointment at 11 AM for my service, pulled up and was immediately greeted by Dominick, who wrote down my issues and assured me that everything would be taken care of. I gave him the coupons that I had printed out to hopefully lower my bill. He arranged for a shuttle driver - Jim - to take me home. Jim was very courteous and pleasant, and we had a nice chat during our short drive. Dominick then called me when my car was ready and arranged for another shuttle driver = Ryan - to pick me up. Dominick explained all the things that had been done to fix my car and all in all it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Dominick. He is very courteous and friendly and helpful.
