worst dealership in existence
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Had an 8 am Friday appointment. Dropped car off the night before. By 3:00 on Friday I hadn't heard anything so I tried calling. The phone rang approximately 20 times with no answer. I called every five minutes for a half hour and nobody ever picked up. I also had texted the designated service rep and didn't hear anything. Went online and found an alternate number and got through on that one. Was put on hold until my service rep could be found to answer my questions. I was told they hadn't looked at my vehicle and wouldn't be able to do so until Monday. So they were running about 8 hours behind at that point and had not even thought to call me. I told them I needed the car over the weekend so I would be by to pick it up. We get there and my car is parked in. Went in to get the keys. Three employees were sitting behind their desk. Two were talking to each other about personal things and never so much as turned my direction. The third, after two or three minutes, looked up from his computer and asked what I needed. It took them almost 20 minutes to get my car out so I could go get my daughter to dance, which left me no time to eat ahead of time. But hey, they offer free Starbucks.
