Please read this honest review from an actual customer/victim. I regrettably purchased a Silverado LT truck from these people and this is how I was mistreated at this 🚩RED FLAG🚩 AWFUL dealership: 1. Executive manager (Rich Egolf aka Eric) said I have mental issues in email after giving them a negative review. He also yelled at me on the phone and I had to block his number. What a HORRIBLE person. 2. Dustin Damiani asked for more money 3 days after the sale was complete that I also have in an email. I never even heard of a so called salesman doing this to a customer. 3. They make you sign a form to wave the 2 day return policy. 4. Dustin only gave me one key fob and said he would get me another but he LIED and did not give me another key fob. 5. They charged me 5k too much for the truck and gave me 5k too little for my trade-in and Insurance guy there also charged me too much. I have filed a COMPLAINT with GM, PA Bureau Office of Consumer Protection, and the BBB about this AWFUL DEALERSHIP and the promises made to me that were broken after the sale because I did not get them in writing. They were shocked what they said and did to me. Google astroturfing and shills and please read all reviews carefully. I am a victim of their predatory practices. I am praying no one else falls victim to these people. SHAME ON YOU!

HI After I purchased my 2023 corvette from Patriot

HI After I purchased my 2023 corvette from Patriot Chevrolet I found out that they added an additional $7000 to my loan without my knowledge. The only way I found out about the additional money on my loan was that I seen it on my credit report.. I never in my whole life time have I ever seen conduct like this from a dealership. If you are looking to buy a vehicle from this dealership I would think twice.

AOK I guess.

All good, went in for an oil change, with tire rotation. Only thing I did not prefer, was the upsell of adding Nitrogen to my tires for $49.99. I politely declined.

Used Car Purchase AAA+++

Offer the best warranties so there is no worries after purchase. They go the extra mile to make sure you are happy when the car comes out of the shop. Absolutely positively a dealership that is 5 stars when it comes to customer care and the only dealership I have been to that has a Starbucks with free items for customers to have so they can feel relaxed while waiting for their car in the shop.

Retire man not a satisfied 1st time customer

First Issue: Priority I took my car for servicing, specifying two issues. Despite assurances, only one was addressed. The first issue, which they claimed was fixed, only required a simple button press during the test drive. For the second issue, about the steering column lock, they incorrectly suggested replacing the entire column. I confronted the repair manager about the misleading information and incomplete service. He promised to follow up, but I haven't heard back yet.

The service manager said there was nothing wrong with my car. He talked to me like I knew nothing. He would not do the update. Took the car to another dealer and they did the update. Fixed all the problems. Dont take it to them they no nothing. Cris is a ripoff to
