Excellent Staff, Beautiful Truck!

What an experience! For the past few months the lady and I were looking for a specific Colorado; at the time a Z71 Midnight Edition. We saw a recent trade to the lot at Patriot Chevy that was a 2016 Trail Boss (pretty much same option as the newer Midnight Edition)....and boy was it pretty! I reached out to Patriot to express interest and ask a few questions about their warranty backed by Allstate and Traci immediately replied to my email and set up a call. We chatted for a few minutes and set up a time to come in. The entire team was easily accessible via phone/text/email with very little delay. Traci was great to talk to, personable and we chatted about where we lived for a bit as I was coming form central-ish NJ. We set our appointment up for that same evening and about an hour before hand we received a call from Megan. Megan was our salesperson and wanted to introduce herself and confirm that we were still on schedule for the evening. It was a quick, pleasant call and I knew we were going to make a deal that evening. We made it there a few minutes early to our appointment and were immediately greeted and advised our salesperson would be with us shortly. We had our kids with us and they enjoyed the set up of the waiting area (and surprisingly, well behaved!). Moving on to actually meeting Megan. She was an absolute delight. Always with a smile and provided no pressure at all on the sale. We went for a test drive to see if we enjoyed the vehicle before even discussing anything else. We sure did! Our appointment was at 7:30 and despite the listed hours were to close at 8pm, Megan and the sales Manager (Mike) were patient with us through the entire process and did not seem to rush us out, look at the time, or pressure the sale (in any direction). There was no back and forth haggling either. Megan told us what came with the vehicle, any warranties offered and had all the vehicles information available to us (including CarFax, records, and any knowledge of the Trim). Both of us loved working with Megan... for two naturally introverted, anxious people, Megan made us feel at ease. At approximately 8:45pm, we struck a deal and Megan took a picture of us with the vehicle said it would be detailed first thing in the AM and I could pick it up and drop off the check. Megan texted us that evening after we thanked her for her help and provided the picture to us. She squared away a few details regarding the fuel levels and the check information and we met as discussed at 12pm the following day. Man, the car looked so much more beautiful cleaned and in the daylight! Megan walked me through the entire process from finance, any additional questions via text message and setting up the On-Star welcome call. The entire process was a pleasure and thanks for Traci and Megan we are happy to have taken the leap and the hour drive down to Patriot Chevrolet!! THANK YOU !!

Great job. Sales, Service and leadership

Awesome as usual. Traded car off lease. Found the correct replacement. Picked it up and spent 15 minutes at dealership. Have bought 8 plus vehicles over the years. First Rate!

What a Great Buying Experience

I purchased a pristine 2019 Corvette Stingray - with the Callaway conversion from Patroit Chevrolet in Limerick. I live in St. Charles, Idaho so this very expensive transaction had to be made over the phone and internet. My salesman, Tim Snider never once dropped the ball on providing all the paperwork and photos of all kinds during Due Diligence. He returned every phone call in a timely manner, and worked to calm my heart whenever a little parinoya about a "sight-unseen" transaction would set in. Most of all, Tim blew me away with his knowledge of this vehicle and the Callaway conversion. It's rare to come across any sales people who have really studied the product they are selling. Tim knew exactly what he was selling and didn't have to stop and think about anything I asked. In the end the vehicle arrived here in St. Charles, clean, pristine and perfect in every way - just as Tim represented it would be. I would highly recommend this dealer and Tim Snider.

Oil service and warranty work complete!

Needed some routine oil change work done on my GMC 2500 diesel and all went well as usual. The difficult part was dealing with an intermittent Navi system issue. This was a sticky one requiring some persistent coordination between my Patriot service rep and GM. In the end, it?s working again and while it wasn?t completely covered by GM (out of warranty), GM was very reasonable in accepting some responsibility thanks to the persistence of Patriot service team. Service for my Chevy Corvette

My car was driven over 9 miles without an explanation. The vehicle passed inspection without issue. When I picked up the car after inspection and drove ~ 1 mile, dashboard warning lights came on that then required that I have the entire steering column replace. After that service, my vehicle avg miles per gallon were 4 gallons per mile less meaning the vehicle was driven hard. I will never take my car for service again.

Disgraceful and unethical!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JUNK YARD!! I have an email stating, from their online guy, that the inventory online is not what they have in the lot. Bait and switch all day long! Told me to come up and see a bunch of trucks that I was looking at only to find THEY HAD NONE!! Sales guy tells me that the online guys do this all the time!! ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND EXTREMELY UNETHICAL!!

I was very pleased with the salesperson, Dustin Damiani. He listened to what I wanted in a car and worked within my price range. He helped with the financial piece and made sure I understood what the financial person was explaining. Damian was thorough in explaining the cars features and when I picked up the car, Damian went over everything with my husband. I walked in at 2 pm and left at 5pm; and the dealership detailed car and I picked up Black Beauty 2 at 7:30pm same day. I am just waiting for the auto start to come in and be installed.

Buick Cascada

At first, we were very impressed with the customer service. However, we made an appointment to purchase the car and upon arrival, the finance person had taken a walk-in at our timeslot. We waited for over an hour with no communication from management or our sales person and decided to leave. We did go back the next night to purchase the car and it went quickly .

Service Dept is a total Let Down

I purchased 3 vehicles in 4 years from Patriot Chevrolet of Limerick. I brought all my vehicles plus others into Patriot to be serviced for years. However I will Never be back and I make it my mission to tell family and friends to not give them business. I purchased a Silverado from Patriot and in less that one year the Air Conditioning was blowing hot air. After 4 times bringing in for service (about a month) and close to $1000.00 later, Patriot told me everything they did so far was not the problem and i needed to bring it back a 5th time AND ANOTHER $1000.00!! of course I flipped.Each time i brought the vehicle in Patriot told me they do not have Rental Courtesy Cars so I had to pay for Rentals each time they had my Truck. Who can keep paying this? For the 5th time I told Patriot I would pay for the part that supposedly would finally repair it but I do not think I should pay for more LABOR. Patriot would not budge and basically told me to get lost. So I did, i am not giving them any more business. I am sad that a local Business would treat a Loyal Customer like this. I guess their Owner doesn’t care about Loyal Customers. The Salesman that my wife and I deal with has always been wonderful and it’s a shame that their service dept. does not care about their customers. On top of the AC Problem: It’s been so Hot that the Touch Screen Multi Media has fried and stopped working because it’s 100 degrees. So now i have a Truck From Patriot that I purchased last July THAT HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING and NO RADIO/NAVIGATION/Etc. ..Sad
