    Great dealership from top to bottom. The whole process was very easy and the service was excellent. The owner does an amazing job with his employees and you can't beat the unlimited warranty on the engine and transmission. First time car buyer who loves his new car (2018 Subaru Legacy) and I'm Very happy with my experience. Highly recommend this dealship to anyone. They were not aggressive and very personable. I really can't say enough.

    I had a great experience at the dealership ! All of the staff I worked with on the purchase of my new vehicle were very easy to deal with. All of my questions were addressed promptly and completely. I would recommend stopping in to this dealership if you are looking for a vehicle.

    Overall, I had a great experience. They were training someone new so we went on a test drive with the new trainee Emile King Jr. (Shawn Lajeunesse asked ahead of time if that was ok). I liked that the sales team wasn't overly pushy, they allowed us time alone to discuss options, and they listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to upgrade us to a more expensive car. Max in finance was excellent! I felt bad that we were keeping him late and he explained our options very well and again, didn't try to sell us on something we weren't interested in. We did have a few hiccups with the processing of paperwork with the insurance company so we were down to the wire on getting the registration and inspection sticker done, but other than that, very smooth. In fact, when we came back to drop off the title and have the antennae cover put on, they went through another QC check just in case!

    Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He took all of the stress out of the car leasing process, didn't make me feel pressured, and made me feel like I was making a worthwhile investment.     This was by far my most stress free car buying experience. The staff was accomodating, knowledgeable and efficient. Special shout out to Ryan for taking care of me. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He made the whole process smooth and hassle free.

    I set up an appointment for a previous Saturday. I arrive and I am told that I am not in the system for an appointment. This was Saturday morning. I call up Monday morning and make an appointment for Saturday July 29th, 2 Saturdays away. I realized the next day that they never took any information for me even though she said I was in for 8:00 a.m. on July 29th. I go to the service dept on Wednesday and walk in and talk to them and they had no record of an appointment. I started to walk out but she said she was setting it up then. Today (Friday) I get a text in the afternoon showing 20691 as where it came from. I almost did not open it. The text says 1/2 Your service appointment is 7/21 at 5:00 p.m. Please click URL to confirm or call number if you can't make it. Thanks! Stop:I get another text that says 2/2 phone number. I call the first number and it is Patriot Subaru. I tell them I did not set up a Friday appointment, this is supposed to be next Saturday. They are local and it would be convenient to go there for service especially since there is bus service available in the area if I have to drop the vehicle off for any reason. Unfortunately, they had 3 tries to set up an appointment and it was too difficult for them to accomplish. If they can't even set up an appointment, it is difficult to feel confident that they will be able to handle repairs properly. I asked if there was a service manager there and she told me that she did not know if they had left early or not. This company needs to get some competent people working there that can accomplish simple processes.

    Buying you're first brand new car can be very stressful no matter who you are. Went into patriot Subaru after having an unpleasant experience at anchor Subaru. Bought my 2007 legacy from anchor about 4 years ago loved it so when I was ready to upgrade I went back. My salesmen at anchor wasn't the problem, his boss was. After working some numbers the boss came sat down with me and was very rude and disraspetable. He kept talking down to me like I wasn't the customer and I was just another dumb kid that was trying to low ball then. Little did they know I've been in the automotive industry for almost 13 years so safe to say I know how to play their "game" went into patriot the next day and Glenn greeted me right away. Not once In the 3 hour negotiation did I feel that I was being talked down to or undermined. Glenn was able to answer all of my questions quickly and with answers I wanted to hear. After we were able to work out a price I was happy with it was all smooth sailing. Glenn was quick with all the necessary paper work and had the car registered ready to go the next day when I came back. Glenn walked me threw every step til I was driving away in my brand new crosstrek. I know a few people that are looking to get into a Subaru and I have no problem sending them to Glenn at Patriot Subaru!!

    I went to Patriot Subaru last week to test drive a Crosstrek 5 speed manual. Ryan was very helpful in reviewing all models and their features. I decided to go back the following day to purchase my first brand new car. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru or a used vehicle. It was a great experience.

    Excellent experience dealing with Glenn Horton, Shawn Lajeunesse, and Wayne Boone. Glenn is very knowledgeable on everything Subaru. He very patiently went over all models and options, and took me for test drive. He was great and easy to work with when it came down to negotiating a price. The dealership honored the quote I had received through True Car App, and they were by far the most competitive. I had selected a lot of options and decided to get them factory installed, which takes weeks. Glenn was good at keeping me updated by email on the progress with the order. He was very flexible to schedule my visit to check on my new car and take care of all financial documents. I spent some time with Shawn going through all the financial documents. Shawn is super friendly and on top of things. He made the whole process totally painless. They have great warranty packages which he explained clearly. Wayne is the car wizard. He is another very friendly staff member and knows what every button does in a Subaru. We sat together in my new car and went over everything. The only frustrating hick up had nothing to do with this brilliant trio. The price estimate I was given for my trade in when I ordered my car had nothing to with what I was offered at time of purchase. As a result I didn't leave my old car, and the Sales Manager made it difficult for Glenn to arrange a drop off for the new car. It was not the best ending to a great experience. Eventually though, both Glenn and Wayne showed up with my new car and everything was forgotten. I love my new car! Thanks again to Glenn, Shawn and Wayne. You guys were great!
