Worst Service Dept Experience Ever
This was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a service department. Their initial quote was way off due to the incompetence of the intake guy. They charged us an exorbitant amount for new keys and to "sync" them with the car and then took over 2 weeks to complete the process. I felt completely ripped off and poorly treated. Will never go back there again!

first of I regret to deal with this store and sells staff , they sold car the car to me 2023 Tiguan ,then after sell would not support me and had problem with car ,they gave runaround between sales and serves ,this stat right after one they ,beside bad mpg I am getting when I complain about it they refer me to VW company after one month and feu days haven't got any result , Vw customer car manager is very nice lady and working out with me . but this dealership specially made very disappointed because after sell any time I walked in their sales flour they ignored me , during back and fourth I find rip on side of driver sit ,this sells people not just did not owner the problem and accused me lying ,when got upset the general manager (James PONCO ) trough out of dealership and band me not even take my car for service there .by the the sales man help and miss use my trust did not tell about car he was sold me ,at end I was loyal customer for Norm Reeves car group because I bought 4 car last 8 year from Honda and Vw . I never ever recommend to anyone I know buy a car from Norm Reevses Volslkwagen at thanks and no Tanks ED salesman and I hope you chock on sandwich I made it for you be honest rest of your life

Horrible Customer Service I took my car here to replace the turbo actuator they quote me $4,400.00. at volkswagen of garden grove their quote was $1,00.00. I am so disappointed in my experience at Norm Reeves.
I am so disappointed in my experience at Norm Reeves. We had two wonderful experiences at this location with previous vehicles so I returned for a third time in hopes of the same outcome. This last experience was completely different. I returned a lease only to find that they add in over $2000 on fees that are not listed in your contract. I understand that dealers charge disposition fees, etc but why were those fees never disclosed when I originally leased the car?!? After a big argument, they said they would “help me out” and offered me a lower trim level on a new car in order to bring payments down. When I asked what features were not included on this model, I was told there were only two differences, everything else was the same as my previous car. WHAT A LIE!!! It is missing some of the most important features I told him I needed! Now I am stuck in a lease with a car that doesn’t work for me and doesn’t have the safety features I needed. I asked them to help, see if I could switch it out or add the feature but no. Bottom line, they don’t really care about you or your loyalty. They make it seem like they truly care that you are satisfied but in the end, all they care about is getting your money. Needless to say, we will no longer to support VW and will never recommend anyone get a car with Volkswagen or Norm Reeves.
