    Just purchased Ford out of State, had a warranty problem. There is a Service writer at Ford of Escondido that is the BEST OF THE BEST! Did much more than expected in handling my problem and guiding me through various hoops I had to jump through (via Ford Corporate)- ask for JASON PLUTO This guy was exceptional in Spirit and Task! Remarkable and if there were Six Stars he'd be getting my highest rating!

    This is the third Ford purchase that our large family has used this dealership in the last 18 months. Escondido Ford wanted our business and matched a loss leader ad from another delearship even though they lost a pile on the sale of my truck. Thank you George Lorenzo as you helped facilitate the sale price and made certain that every rebate and discount was also added onto our already rock bottom price. George made certain my military widowed spouse also received the $750 military appreciation bonus . George did a great job and provided service to our family above and beyond what was expected. Thank you Escondido Ford and our family will certainly be back to purchase another Ford from our neighborhood dealer Escondido Ford.

    We went to Ford of Escondido to look at newer vehicles and possibly trade in our beloved yet older Mustang. The dealership was busy with its 4th of July sale.     I had a lengthy situation that had to do with my 2011 Fiesta. I was honestly at my wit's end with it. I turned to a few people in the sales department at Ford of Escondido that we're beyond helpful. First with one of the sales managers Ray. He was beyond understanding of my situation. Greg, Ray and George helped me keep the rental while I was going through the process with Ford Mfg to handle my issue. My frustrations showed, and I was deeply grateful for the time they spent with me to help. I had also worked with the new GM Josh Irvine who was more than accommodating to assist me in getting moving forward with another car. As soon as my case was approved with Ford these gentlmen went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I had come in late on a Thursday night with my approval letter and Greg and Allen worked after to try and work the deal out even despite some issues with the submittal system. They assured me that they would work the deal out with the lender the next day and call me at work to run them by me. Greg kept his word and worked diligently to get me the best deal possible and the exact car I wanted. By the time I got there, everything was ready to go. The paperwork process was so fast that I was still hanging out for the detailing of the car to get done. WOW!!! And then she pulled up. My brand new, gorgeous 2017 Ford Focus ST. Exactly what I wanted, great deal and these guys completely took care of me. A long situation that wasn't their fault or problem and they treated me like I was a priority. These sales managers, reps and GM are top notch. I will gladly work with them in the future. And would recommend them to anyone I know when trying to find their next vehicle. Thank you all, you turned a bad into an extreme positive.

    I live in North Orange County & have been contemplating for months about purchasing a new car. I dread the whole process. Eric Ramosd completely won me over. I was able to do mist of the entire deal while doing yard work at my home. When the time came, I drove the 75 + miles to pick up my perfect car. Eric was ready, efficient, thorough, very good communication and very easy to work with. The finance rep., Robert I believe was his name was very kind & thorough . He explained everything and was very efficient. I so appreciate the knowledge that Eric had and his ability to make this dreaded situation a very pleasant experience

    Leon Fisher was instrumental in helping me make the decision to buy a new truck. His knowledge level was good and what he did not know he found out instead of giving me bad or misleading information. He also came in on his day off to ensure I received my new truck in pristine condition and explained every detail and accessary on the truck. I would recommend Leon to anyone looking for an honest and genuine sale representative. The entire team was friendly and relaxed making this experience an enjoyable and memorable. Great job to the new general manager Josh Irvine for taking the time to understand and ensure my concerns and questions were answered. I have been looking for a dealership I could trust and depend on sense moving to Escondido last year and I have found that dealership. Thank again. Sincerely Michael Keck

    Although the sale did not complete, my experience with the sales people were great. Peter was hands down the best car salesman I have ever worked with. Easy going, friendly, and his product knowledge was outstanding. Its pretty typical when you go to a car dealership unprepared. You'll get beat down for hours while they try to squeeze you, maximizing their profit. I don't blame them. I would too. Its not ever the sales person's fault. it's the managers. They do the negotiating, not the salesman. They made me come back to complete the deal...thank god....It gave me time to think about it and realize i would of paid over 2k dollars more than i needed too.

    Was there 3 1/2 hours. Told every hour shuttle was coming. Not. Kept asking what's going on nothing till 11:30 and was told first. 650. Then Dave comes out to say 770, just in labor. Started crying, paid 130 dollars and nothing was done!!! Heard another customer say it's gone down hill since New owner took over!

    Brought my truck in for regular servicing at which point they also recommended and alignment. When I went to pick up the vehicle the service provider confirmed they rotated the tires as well which should have been part of the regular service, he verified with a tech that they did. I happen to have a slow leak on one of my tires and even if they said they rotated the tires I still have a slow leak in the same location and based on this information I'll never bring a vehicle back to Ford of Escondido. On top of that the shuttle driver takes the most inefficient route back logging the pickup schedule which is probably fine for the driver but has caused me to locate other Transportation back on other occasions as well
