Great service from arrival to end. Service advisor was excellent as well as the outside check in staff. Nice and comfortable waiting area. I recommend this dealership.

Customer Service is always top notch!

Customer Service is always top notch! Eddie Waters was my service writer. He addressed all service points, and provided a ride to & from dealership. I will be back for tires soon.

Francisco was great to work with.

Francisco was great to work with. Very helpful. The process was smooth. I would highly recommend stopping in to speak with Francisco if you are looking for a Mercedes or if they have a vehicle available that is preowned.

Must go and experience! The salesman made it easy for us to purchase a car in a very timely manner. He was able to get us what we wanted and a very short time.

I brought my car in to inspect a knocking noise in the

I brought my car in to inspect a knocking noise in the rear of the car. My Service Advisor, Eddy Waters, had one of his technicians ride with me in the parking lot and diagnosed the problem. I left the car and received a loaner vehicle in a matter of minutes. This type of service is consistent with Eddy. The vehicle was diagnosed, put in line for repair, and the vehicle was repaired and then washed for pickup by the end of the day. This is what I call excellent customer service. This is always the case with Eddy Waters and his team.
