Poor Service and Deceptive!!!!!
If I could give these idiots a -10 I would. I went into the dealership on a Saturday to inquire about turning in my parents 2015 Malibu whose lease was soon to expire and then my purchasing the vehicle. I wanted to purchase the car because it had very low mileage and I knew how well my parents maintained it. I had already spoken to GM financial who told me that such a transaction could be done and to take it to a Chevy dealer. The manager at Jim McKay said that he had never heard of doing a transaction such as this and that because it was Saturday there was no one he could check with to see if it was feasible. He advised me to call back on Monday. When I called on Monday he told me that he couldn't help me and that no one had ever heard of doing this type of transaction. So I called my dealership (Moore Cadillac) who actually took all of the information over the phone and transferred everything over to me. Since then I have received a Notice of Adverse Action letter stating that I had applied for a car at Jim McKay and was denied for poor credit. I did not authorize them to run an inquiry nor did I fill out a credit application. I was only there less than 30 minutes. The inquiry is showing up on my credit report. When I called to ask them to contact the credit bureau and have the inquiry removed I was told by Timothy Lee (Gen, Sales Mgr) that there was nothing that he could do about it. I consider this very poor service on so many fronts and bordering on fraud since they were not authorized to perform any type of inquiry on my credit and then have the audacity to show that they denied me. I plan to escalate this to the GM Corporate offices!

Car Service
Oil was leaking from our 2017 Chevrolet Cruz. We bought it in to be serviced two weeks ago and as of two days ago, my husband said it?s still leaking, and compared to the fresh stains I took pictures of yesterday, they did not do a very good job of repairing the problem. We are NOT HAPPY at all. Tired of making numerous trips there and for a 2017 mind you. The last issue was a mechanical error with our engine and they did not contact us about it until the day we got there for service. WE called THEM. So, here we go again with another service call. It?s getting old now.

Deception !!!
Worst car dealer ever!!! All the negative reviews are not false, but do show a pattern of deception. Chevy should not let them sell their cars period. They new I was not happy and found a way that I didn't get customer satisfaction survey so I couldn't complain to GM... run from this dealer even if you think your getting a good deal chances are you will do much better somewhere else.

internet prices
Do not pay any attention to the prices their website. I took me 2 days to get information from them concerning the "discounted" price, only to find out that I did not "qualify" for any of the discounts. These prices are just come on price to get you to the dealership so they can then push the vehicle to you for thousands more. Stay away! Not worth your time!

If I could give this dealership 6 stars I would. My salesperson Neil was extremely knowledgeable the I was buying. Also Rebecca is the best service advisor you can count on getting your vehicle fix. I recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or certified used car.

Appalled. Be Very Wary - Check Vehicle For Damage!
Didn't notice dent until after drove off premises (it's on frame floor only visible after you open door). Contacted service department who ignored email and repeated calls. Finally managed to speak with representative who informed me they would not repair as I could not prove their liability. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional service. Check your vehicle before leaving lot. They will not honor any damage once you have paid and left! This still might not be enough - get them to inspect and sign for state of your vehicle as you drop it off into their "care". To be fair, they did fix original issue and were courteous when denying liability for damage...
