Just wanted to drop a line and commend Derek Postin at Braman Audi for making the transaction to purchase an A3 quick and simple yet again. Previously purchased my A4 from him in January of 2014 and still love it. He is approachable, quick to answer my questions both via email and text, and makes himself available after the sale. My appoint was schedule with Derek but upon arriving, he was his personal phone so the receptionist gave him a note informing him of our arrival. It's amazing, he continued on his phone and did not acknowledge our present. After waiting, Rony Michel and Freddy stepped in and offered to assist us and from there on the treatment was wonderful. Rony was a very pleasant associate and both he and Freddy provided us with the best deals and we were able drive out of there the perfect vehicle. I would recommend Rony and Freddy to anyone, they are great guys.
