If I could give more than five stars I would. Adam Jean was phenomenal in helping us out. My 2014 Nissan Versa with 72,000 miles needed a new transmission. It still had 20 days left on the factory warranty. Nissan corporation originally turned it down saying that we had changed the transmission oil and put the wrong type in. Since we had never changed the transmission oil on the car, we explained this to Adam. He went to bat for us with the higher ups. He managed to get the entire transmission covered and paid for since it was still under the warranty. Kudos to the whole team!

Awesome customer service
Came in for an oil change and Adam is very friendly and will work with and your needs. Always makes me feel welcome like I belong there . Adam is amazing!!!!!

This place was amazing! They gave us a great deal on a car and cared about the costumer. The cars there are serviced regularly even when they are sitting on the lot. Definitely recommend coming here If you like great costumer service!

Happy with saleman and Nissan dealership
The car buying process is usually a little scary etc, but i recently had a very good experience at Vision Nissan. My wife has a Murano, and i found a used truck there that i am very happy with. I was intent on a new truck a dealer just down the street, (Toyota) but that turned out to be a really really bad experience. If you go there don't expect any flexibility or personality. So i took my business elsewhere and bought a truck i am much happier with than the original one i was looking at. i worked with Jeremy at Nissan who was very personable and informative. Overall, Jeremy and the crew there were friendly, helpful, punctual and flexible on terms etc. It'll be awhile before i need another vehicle but i wouldn't hesitate to return to Vision Nissan and recommend it to anyone expecting good customer service and a good product.

Waste of time / horrible customer service
Inquired about vehicle on cars.com. Was called by Charity from dealership. Asked if car was still there or if had been sold. She told me it was not sold and still at dealership. I told her I would be in later that day about four hours later. I drove 30 minutes to dealership, Only to find out car sold prior me asking Charity if car was still there. She did not value my time enough to confirm car still not sold. Then Tony the salesman said he would look for similar vehicles and let me know. Instead I get email few days later asking how I liked test drive of vehicle sold before I got there. Now I get follow up emails to see if I want to buy vehicle. Horrible customer service. Not reliable And more than happy to waste your time
