    Michael Dede' was the salesman that I worked with, he was cool. Dealing with other employees at the dealership was unpleasant. They were dismissive when... I tried asking about a fax from my insurance company. The actual paperwork process seemed unnecessarily long with not much communication throughout the process and a lot of waiting. I do understand that this is often the nature of buying a car. However, I was not offered water or told where they were in the process. I looked around and it seemed like most employees were standing around joking with each other and not attentive to the customers in the reception area. Also, I received a text from one of the managers after my initial visit and I sent her a very long text in reply but she did not get back to me to follow up. I ended up purchasing a car anyway only to find that one of the key fobs needs a new battery and the gas tank meter is acting strange. Again, my experience with the salesman was fine.

    It took 45 minutes for the dealership to simply retrieve the car from the back of the dealership. The manager tried to say that the car must not have... been finished, but we were told on the previous day that the car was ready to go. We also expected a follow up call the next day explaining what happened but never received that call.

    Harvey and Rob are also on point with their diagnostics and timeliness of returning my vehicle to me! Whether a common tire repair or replacement to an... oil change, engine swap and more. They are the only people I would trust my car with. Braces and Amanda are always greeting me with an expectant smile when I pull into the service drive. A joke here and there, my car is taken to the back immediately and returned just as promptly.

    I expressed interest in a 2013 Jetta Hybrid to Mike and told him I’d drive 1.5 hrs to see the vehicle. He confirmed the vehicle was ready to be seen.... Upon arrival, I was passed on to Ashton because Mike was not even working at that dealership. Mauricio (manager) related they had been unable to find the vehicle keys for 3 days. A fact which would have been handy to know before driving there. I did not test drive the car and I would never purchase from this place based off them wasting my time and displaying a lack of communication, accountability and professionalism.
