I have been bringing all my vehicles here since 2008 when I relocated to the area. All my vehicles are not Hyundai branded. They take great care of me and all my vehicles. They are upfront with recommendations, no pressure to buy and always super informative. They take quality time to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Over the years, some faces have changed, as with any business, but the great quality of service has never suffered. I applaud the men and women at this dealership. Keep up the great work!

If you are of retirement age and feel good about the salesperson introducing you to the sales manager as a couple who are buying their last car is good sales...guess this is a good enough place. We went elsewhere. Just be aware that service is sketchy at best. Chose this service because closer to home and early on they were very good with service but gone are the young women who knew how to treat customers and help them honestly explore problems ...with us for issues specific to the Tuscon. For the past two years the staff has dodged or been able to diagnose an obvious and dangerous problem ... only to have what they can’t find become worse just after warranty runs out! Not now even willing to discuss the issue when in for oil change without another appointment. Hmm... charging $100 before willing to even suggest what it might be. By the way, this an issue another Hyundai dealer openly fee free was able to explore with us with suggested fix. My car will not be visiting here again.
GOOD SALES, HORRIBLE SERVICE
Sales was very good. Jim Burke very knowledgeable and helpful, ...5 stars. The service department is the worst I have every been to (and I am 70 yrs. old so I have been to many). Have taken my car there 4 times and it has been a disaster every time! I have an Azera and a Genesis. I am suppose to get free maintenance on the Genesis but it takes all day to get my free oil change, 3 days to schedule a check engine light (went to Hall Hyundai and they did it in 10 minutes for me). Took my 160,000 mile Azera in for a recall item so I figured I'd get it inspected, and the oil changed. Signed up for one of their on-line specials 2 months before my appointment and then after I leave the car they tell me it was 'a clerical error' and they wouldn't honor it. But they did start the work and wanted me to pay for what they had done, a $89 synthetic oil change and the 64 or something point inspection. They then tell me my car failed inspection due to bad suspension (cracked bushings). So it takes 6 hours for me to get my car after they only did an inspection oil change and the 20 minute relay install. I went into the work area and there is only one other car in there (at noon time) besides mine. They tell me I also need another $600 worth of stuff, like oil leak but they can't show me the oil leaking. I took my car down the road to the service place I take 2 of my cars and they showed me that the "cracked bearings" were just a hard line of dirty grease. They wiped it with cleaner and 'presto', the crack was gone and my car passed inspection. Williamsburg Hyundai service is shady at the least, and how they keep that rude Jon guy is beyond me. I have seen him being rude to other customers also. I suspect the 5 stars they are getting are from family and friends. For me, I am done with Williamsburg Hyundai, I'll skip the so called 'free service' on my Genesis and will happily pay for it and get my inspection, oil change, and tires rotated in one hour. Needless to say, these very poor experiences at Williamsburg Hyundai and with their service manager Jon are a major factor in my search for a new car, to replace my Azera.
Dealership did an outstanding job of finding me the vehicle I wanted based on the information I provided. Sales staff and management were excellent to work with...no pressure added to purchase a vehicle and I highly recommend shopping at this dealership. They are truly professional and the best at what they do!
Great & Professional Service
They were very professional and helpful with the return of the lease and selection of the new SUV. Explaining how to operate and making us comfortable asking questions was done. We will recommend them to others in need of a car.

We had a great experience with everyone at the dealership and will recommend them to our friends. Jim Burke was easy to work with and we feel that we rec'd a fair price on the vehicle we purchased. Paul explained our finance options in detail. Our overall experience was more than satisfactory.

Williamsburg Hyundai offers a low pressure,but with exceptional customer service, experience when looking to purchase a new or used Hyundai. We've purchased several cars there and always had an easy, painless and low hassle time of it.
