Clean facility, friendly sales staff

The sales people are really pleasant to work with definitely would refer friends and family to this location. Comparing to other dealers this place wasn’t pushy but friendly

Gerald Kia is great!

June Delgado was very friendly and helpful. Treated me well. Very matter of fact and straightforward with any costs that would be incurred during the visit. And my Telluride was finished early!

2022 Kia Sportage

I recently had my car serviced and the service Dept. people are great! Steve was my Service Advisor. He was attentive and answered my questions. There were 2 other Service Advisors there too and I observed how nice and caring they were as well to other customers. When my car was ready one of them informed me all was completed and did so with a caring attitude. Teresa who works in the Service Dept. greeted me with a smile when I first walked in. I met her previously when I first had undercoating applied to my car. A very caring gal! Your waiting area is very nice too and I love how you list on the monitor where customers vehicles are in progress! That was amazing! Your dealership is excellent! Keep up the great job! I am SO happy I purchased my vehicle at Gerald Kia!

Dream car and dream experience

Excellent service . Quick and easy . Treated us like family instead of just a sale and brea was totally involved in our process and understanding of our situation . She was very quick to get us straight to looking at the next best vehicle and was very helpful and knowledgeable on our test drive and in the office . She truly made magic happen after not being able to get the car we arrived for but getting me into something even better . Was very friendly and got her points across without being pushy and got us straight to what we were looking for . John was also a huge pleasure to have as he was very outgoing and friendly during the process and making the what would be stressful situation a very mellow and relaxing expierence. Constantly made us feel like we were at home and never once made us feel cornered or trapped into securing a car or deal we visibly weren’t comfortable with and was very easy to work with . Recommended this to almost all my friends and family and couldn’t be happier with the process

Supply & demand or pure price gouging?

DON’T visit unless u’re willing to AGREE to the price UPFRONT otherwise don’t expect to see OR test drive a vehicle. At least that’s what I experienced recently. Received an online lease estimate of abt $452/mon for a vehicle priced around 37k on their website with specific VIN# & price tag. I was told it’d be $700/mon, PERIOD. This is for a KIA (37k basic Sorento), mind you!! That’s almost 70% of the total price of the vehicle (almost 26k), for a 3 year lease!! I understand the whole supply & demand but this is over 50% price hike on the spot over what your website/mfg is advertising at the very moment!! Mfg hiked the prices already then the dealership hiked the prices & on top of all of that the sales people are adding >50% premium on their own!! Supply & demand is understandable to some extent but have SOME business integrity by having a little resemblance between what you advertise & what a customer gets offered, at least for the sake of customers’ time. I have leased abt half a dozen vehicles from different dealerships/brands over the last 10-12 years & nothing comes close to that as far as charging percentage of the price of vehicle for a lease term that short!! This is one of the most depreciated brand according to some reports but C’mon!! Selling any product involves letting customers see the value & in case of a vehicle, letting a customer see & test drive to get a feel of it first BUT I guess not if you yourself don’t have trust in your own brand. I haven’t dealt with a cut rate, used car place in a long time but this one gave me a flashback to the distant past for sure!!
