    After dealing with less than honest salespeople at OTHER DEALERSHIPS, we were pleasantly surprised at how well we were treated at Roger Beasley Hyundai... of New Braunfels. Everyone was genuinely pleasant and caring. You could even "see" the smile of Jordan Tomerlin behind his protective mask. From start to finish, the process was smooth to purchase a 2016 Veloster for our teenaged son. We have other Hyundai vehicles in the family. We will only go to Roger Beasley Hyundai of New Braunfels for all of our maintenance needs from now on. Thank you so much for all that you do and have done for our family. Your dealership was a breath of fresh air and a night and day difference between the shady and unscrupulous dealers out there. We have a happy teenager and that makes us happy parents. We will be back.

    This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've always purchased Hondas in the past but my local dealerships couldn't offer me what Roger... Beasley Hyundai New Braunfels did. From the very start I was pleased there were so many safety features standard with the Tucson. I was totally impressed by the Product Specialist, Megan James. She was friendly but professional. She was not pushy; instead, she listened to me to find out exactly what my needs and wants were. In this crazy time of the covid-19 pandemic, she thoughtfully wore a mask the entire time I was in the dealership. I had originally come to look at a certain model and color, but discovered it had been sold the day before. She showed me the SEL trim models that were still available finding the one that was similar to the other one. She showed and explained the various features before and during the test drive. Megan also offered to contact another dealership to get the color I had originally wanted. She never pressured me to make a quick decision. I explained I was leaving to test drive a Honda and Subaru SUV. She gave me her personal cell phone number in case I had any other questions. Before I left, I spoke with Ricky Beaty who was also very professional. He gave me a quote for my trade-in and we discussed several excellent dealership savings, discounts, and warranties. I left with firm information. After unhappy interactions at the other car dealerships, I decided to return to Roger Beasley Hyundai new Braunfels. The entire purchase process was so simple—once again no pressure to purchase any unnecessary or unwanted products. Before I left with my Tucson SEL, Megan sat with me inside the car to explain every feature. She walked me through everything making selections for me. She also installed the BlueLink app and Android Auto app on my smartphone. I rarely write recommendations but I’m doing so for Megan James, Ricky Beaty and Roger Beasley Hyundai New Braunfels dealership. I highly recommend this location.

    The sales staff and sales manager are very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to ensure the sale. The finance manager is the stereotypical... uptight finance manager. Expect a ruse or two due to the traditional sales approach. Overall, I wasn’t disappointed with the experience. I would place this dealership at high average.

    Called and spoke with internet sales staff and arranged for the purchase of a new Santa Fe with all the features I wanted. They quoted me a great trade... in price and gave me a to the penny quote. From the time I walked into the dealership until I drove off in my new car was less than an hour. Josh Leal was thorough and exceptionally outstanding. Great dealership with a super staff.
