    I took my Elantra in to Roger Beasley Hyundai for an oil change, tire rotation and routine maintenance. From the time I originally called to the time I... left the service department, my experience was outstanding. They completed the work ahead of schedule. They cleaned my car at no extra charge. They answered all my questions expertly and courteously. Stephanie at the front desk was attentive and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back.

    This is a tiny dealership. I’m used to large dealerships with large service centers. I went in for oil change that took 1 1/2 hrs. They changed my... air filters, visually needed changing. On the paper they gave me, said my “coolant failed”. For my car, they recommended fuel injector service, throttle service, and coolant flush. At the time I couldn’t do the “recommended” services. After some thought, I went to a larger dealership. They said that I didn’t need the throttle or the fuel injector service (which was the same thing), but I needed transmission service, which this dealer never mentioned. Plus this dealer gives you a video. In the video, the technician never mentioned anything about the coolant, which he said failed. I don’t trust these guys at all. I will never go back to this dealership again.

    We just moved to the area and were looking to buy a new car for my wife. I had done a lot of research and found the exact model and package options I... wanted, and when we showed up at the dealership they already had it parked parked by the door ready for a test drive! Gary was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all of the features in detail. He even helped us get the car for below MSRP and with a better interest rate than my own bank quoted me! I would highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.

    The service today was excellent! In the past it was not, I received a call from the manager and he certainly looks steps to improve their service. They... were on time, kept me apprised of the repair and even washed and vacuumed the car! Great service, I would use their services again.

    Trenton (Salesman) did a great job for us. My only complaint was I had called in early to have all the papers ready for me to sign so I could pay and leave... quickly (since we were going out of town the next day and not taking our new car that day). Thinking it would only take a few minutes, 3 hours later, the papers were finished! Other than that, I would give them all a high rating and we love our new car-can’t wait to get back in town and pick it up!
