Went there to replace an air bag that was recalled for my Nissan Versa. Customer waiting area is fine with free Starbucks coffee from a machine. But... for my 8:30 am appointment I did not get out till over two hours later for a relatively straightforward replacement that I was told would take thirty minutes. Upon leaving the place, I noticed that my presets for my radio were screwed up and my AC was now dead... like zilch nada. I called from the highway and told them what had happened. I was told that I would have to talk to the head of service and that I would need to bring the car back in. Brought the car back in did not talk to the manager, he had left message with service rep for the car that they would look at it. Waited another hour and a half. Told that the procedure did not affect the AC (battery was disconnected and that caused problems on radio presets) and so would not be taking care of it. It was very annoying cause you could have simply said that over the phone saving me a trip. And yes I get that changing an air bag will not be affecting the AC belt or the refrigerant lines. However it did die and you obviously were in area of wiring harness in the steering wheel. Problem was electrical not mechanical. Informed her that I would not ever be coming back and that I would be posting reviews to that effect. Did not matter... so now I have to find a car electrician to fix problem they caused.
I have purchased three cars here & continue to service them all with Priority. Cannot beat the customer service at this dealership. Clean facility,... Starbucks coffee, local shuttle & free manicures on Wednesday’s!
Priority Nissan service department was there when I needed them the most they have always had my back and my best interest at Heart and they will have... yours!
From purchasing to having our vehicles serviced they never miss a beat. Always thorough. If you haven’t experienced Priority Nissan Williamsburg we suggest... it. You will not be disappointed.
This place is the worst! I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here. Whether you are buying new or used, save yourself and go somewhere... else. Trust me.
I am AMAZED! at the service I received at Priority Nissan. I took my Quest in because the windows would not work, And Joe, the mechanic, went through it... piece by piece. A lot more was wrong then my windows. My husband and I were not shocked since we are military and put over 100,000 miles on it since 2008. Joe took my husband into the shop and showed him all that needed to be repaired. My husband said, "What do you have new on the lot, Joe stated, we can fix this......My husband said WOW, never expected that answer at a dealership." My husband is overseas now and I know I am in good hands getting my van fixed. It meant a lot that Joe actually showed my husband the damage and My husband knows with out him being here we were not being billed for unneeded repairs. What a relief!! Kevin, Assist Svc Manger, was also Amazing, He came in under quote, Kept me informed, and really made sure to take of every detail. Joe and Kevin actually feel like a part of the family at this point...lol I will now, ONLY take my van to Priority Nissan. When that sad day comes that I have to bury my Van....I will go to Priority Nissan!!!
