I strongly encourage you to view Cucci Ford’s BBB reviews before purchasing from here. There is not a single positive review, solely negative reviews ...and customer complaints. The responses to these verified reviews are defensive and rude and offer no resolution for their customers, even when the customers are simply asking that this dealership does not treat other customers as they have treated them. Being Sam's Club members we are afforded a few additional discounts from the dealer. Through True Car we were contacted by Cucci Fords internet sales ...director Vito DiPerte who searched for the car we were looking for, found one close and closed the deal. Which by the way afforded us a savings from other dealers working on the same vehicle! He then moved us tot he sales team, Anthony Carioscia who completed the transaction in a timely fashion. The car was delivered to us two days later. In all less than a week to receive the elusive 2018 Ford Edge.. Very impressed with their team so far...David Webb the sales manager contacted us a day later to inform us some paper work did not add up and returned $500.00 to us for our deposit. Very impressed with their honesty. I would recommend their team to all looking for a new vehicle.

I remain very confused and disappointed about my experience at Cucci Ford. After weeks of research and searching, I decided to visit Cucci based on mu...ltiple factors. 1) I had two competitive offers on my trade in 2) Cucci had EXCELLENT used inventory, was interested in several trucks. In previous negotiations at other dealerships, I was 4-5k short of agreeing to a sale. So I visited Cucci about an a truck priced 5k less than the others I considered. The appraisal on my trade was 2500 less, and the result was an offer of sale more than what I would have paid for new elsewhere. No negotiation, no speaking to a manager, nothing. I was stunned, no attempt at earning my business. The inventory and facilities are great, but I'm baffled by no attempt to negotiate with obviously skewed numbers. I was ready to buy and VERY well informed. I even showed documented offers from the competition, and was dismissed out of hand. Very disappointed in my overall experience.

My wife needed a new car, so we decided to stop in and see what we could find. My wife is a big Ford fan, so she test drive 2017 Fusion and 2017 Edge.... She was used to an explorer, so she decided on the Edge. We worked up a deal that was comfortable for all. The only hiccup was that the one we wanted was at another dealer 3 hours away. This being Saturday, we wouldn't see it till Monday. Our sales rep, Trevor took it upon himself to drive and get the car on Monday. We showed up Monday evening and it was there, all detailed and ready to go. The only thing missing was a sun roof. So Trevor found another one for us that matched the criteria we wanted. Then after all that, my wife decided on the one in the showroom, which had more bells and whistles than she wanted. Throughout the whole process, our sales rep Trevor had no issue helping us, even with my wife's changing of her mind. Overall it was s comfortable experience and we are happy with the purchase we made. Thank you Trevor, I'm sure we will see you in the future.

My wife and I have been going back and forth about upgrading our vehicles this fall or waiting another year. We finally decided to stop by and discus...s a car that I had seen on the website most of the summer. Met with the salesperson and began discussing what we thought and the Ford Flex that was on the site. After getting an initial quote, we decided to wait, but remained in contact. After further investigations, we decided to pursue the Ford Flex further. I had purchased vehicles from the previous owners since 1993 and was glad to see that Cucci is working to continue the goodwill that had been built up with us since 1993. The deal we worked out was very good and we are glad that Cucci displayed the characteristics and qualities that had made us repeat customers for all these years. Several times they had to order parts for me and I have to call them to find out that the parts were in. When asked, it always "just" showed up. Boas...t being a full service facility, but often take vehicle to others such as DTB. CS reps change overs as often as McDonalds employees. Now sitting here for 18 min and the only service rep (new guy) hasn't even acknowledged me and only 5 feet away! Two years ago, they had the best service dept. Now going down hill fast!!
