The absolute WORST car dealership I have ever been to. Deeply regret my business with them and now I’m stuck in a lease. The staff is so rude and unhelpful. Very dissapointed in the service here and wish I got my first car somewhere else. Both the cars leased from here broke down within the first month!!!!!!

The greatest new car buying experience ever. Bob Awn is a fantastic salesman. My wife and I loved dealing with him. Zero pressure and when we picked up the Santa Fe he gave my wife a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

I had a very positive experience purchasing a 2023 Sonata
I had a very positive experience purchasing a 2023 Sonata Hybrid Limited. Bill Walsh was terrific. He provided a great overview of the Sonata models, highlighted the differences and how they matched up to my preferences. Great follow up in locating the car I wanted and then gave me very thorough explanations of all the features of my new car.

THEY DON'T HONOR A WARRANTY. No surprise there are...
THEY DON'T HONOR A WARRANTY. No surprise there are negative reviews, we should have read them before we bought our car. While driving to work the splash guard just fell off, she drove home and the car sat unused until we took it about 2 weeks later for a software update. After driving the car to the dealer, the part was beyond repair, so they said it's not covered. Were we supposed to pay for a tow? Would they have reimbursed us? If not then how were we supposed to get the car to the dealer for repair? They want us to pay them $1,035 to pay for a part that should have never fell off in the first place. It felt as like it was a shakedown.

Sorry to say, I will not recommend this dealership for service. After having purchased six vehicles from them over 22 years and having every vehicle serviced at Huntington Hyundai, they will not replace two rims on my 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0T that began peeling because of a defect in the preparation of the coating on the rims. The dealer did replace the first two rims when it happened, but they would not replace the remaining two rims when the problem occurred on them. They blamed it on car washes, road salt, etc. That is not the reason they started peeling; it is Hyundai's fault. Why did they agree to replace the original two rims, if it was not caused by a defect from Hyundai's clear coat application process? Now, all of a sudden, they don't think the remaining two rims are defective due to Hyundai??? Our friend in Florida, who owns the exact same car and has the same rims, has also experienced this problem. How can you deny it is a defect in workmanship! In 2020 my husband bought a new Santa Fe Limited, but his mags are different; Hyundai must've stopped using the rims on my car, due to complaints from customers. Sending a certified letter to Hyundai Motors of America resulted in no reply. Other Hyundai owners across the USA have experienced peeling of the black coating on their rims. Customers should not be held liable for something that is defective.

Sorry to say, I will not recommend this dealership for service. I just purchased a 2021 Sonata Limited. Bob Awn is a man of his word. He was honest in his dealings with us; very rare in this business. Barbara, the Finance Manager, was also very professional in her dealings with us in explaining other packages without any pressure to buy. I have purchased many cars over the years and have had horror stories with unscrupulous sales persons and dealerships. My mistrust of the automotive business is so deep that I would not sign the title of our old car until I knew that we had possession of the new one. I was waiting for the shoe to drop here as well. IT NEVER DID. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.
