Terribly rude sales staff especially Milad put us in danger during Covid pandemic and when I got a concern he hung up on me not one spot or five times... streamed inconsiderate and rude terrible customer service

i mean look, no one says "lets go buy a new car cause that will be so much fun". its a miserable thing to have to do. so was it like a trip to disneyland?... no. but it was fine. and imo, for car buying fine is the absolute best case scenario. and i'm happy wiht my new car.

Obviously it's a tough time to need a new car, but we put it off too long and needed to do it. Everyone at this store is great, and I was able to do a... good deal of it over EMail and phone before we came in. We felt safe, listened to, and taken care of - it was fantastic and I'm really glad we found them. Highly recommend.

I always thought that going to the dealer for repairs was a sure way to get screwed over, but this experience is challenging that. After taking my car... repeatedly to my normal repair shop and the problem still not being fixed, I bit the bullet and brought it to the dealer. Car was fixed and problem solved faster than I expected. And it was less expensive than even one of the trips to the other place.

Browsing for a new vehicle during the current state of things was a bit unnerving, to say the least. But we were very pleased with the precautions and... cleanliness of the facility. Additionally, being early in the in-person part of the car-buying process, we were very pleased by the level of service provided. The team was helpful and informative without being pushy or anything else negative that you typically associate with car salesmen.

Very friendly experience. Lot of wierdness going around due to the COVID nightmare we are all dealing with. But all the employees were helpful and attentive... as I was looking for a new car. I did not buy yet, but I plan on returning soon and will recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to check out this dealership.

With this pandemic going on I was really stressed about getting my car serviced. Brian made my experience easy and stress free. They have made sure the... lounge is set up with plenty of space between seats, people are walking around and cleaning thru the day and my car was done quickly and they gave it a wash. Great experience.

Would not buy another car from this bunch of clowns, deplorable attitude and nothing more than the usual second had car outfit that makes you feel like... you need a shower after the visit. Not interested in a solution to a 2 month old 15K car with a repair of 2K
