Saw a vehicle on line. I called and verified that the vehicle was in fact available. Went to see it and was greeted by Ken HIbbing. The first thing I told... Ken was that I can be a “difficult buyer”. At the end of the second visit, I left with a nice car and a great deal. Both Ken and his manager Bill are straight up nice guys dedicated to good customer service. I would recommend both Ken and this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal.

i work right down the street and decided to get an oil change for my car at the express service. The dealership was quick and easy and was down within... 30 mins and still had time to get my lunch. i will be back here for more services!

Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair... price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
Saw a vehicle online and talked to the Manager Bill Meek on the phone. I drove over 100 miles and when I got to their dealership the car was outside, cleaned... and ready to go. I drove it, fell in love with it and the best part was the buying experience. No hidden fees, no pressure to buy and the best was that I did not have to go through the entire negotiation hassle. It did not even feel like I was at a car dealership...Best Experience Ever!!!!
Initial Salesperson was friendly and helpful. However when we were to the point of negotiating and the Manager was brought in the tone and attitude was... somewhat disturbing. It was basically a take it or leave it proposition with no discount being offered on a used car. If they want to be a "No Haggle" price dealership then they should advertise as such. Additionally I was looking at a non Nissan car and the manager actually slammed the car I was looking to purchase. Not the service I expected after driving over 40 miles to this dealership
Bought my 2012 rogue 3 months ago best buying exp in 40 yrs of buying cars excellent staff great deal. Now 3 months later a mechanic not with dealer tells... me rear brakes rotors shocks all bad approx $1100 dollars. Went to dealer and they are doing all repairs. No charge how great is this place to deal w thanks I'm a retired police officer on a pension n these guys are the BEST
I saw a vehicle online that I was interested in. I emailed Jay who is in charge of internet sales. I gave him VERY specific information, and requested... a quote. He replied back, thanks for the inquiry, please call. I was not able to call, emailing worked best for me. I then received an email from Kenneth the sales manager asking me to call him, in which I replied, I would prefer to do business over emailing at this point. Isn't that the purpose of having internet sales, plus I've been a Nissan customer for 6 years. We lease, and were interested in doing another lease on their most expensive mid size pick up. I never heard back again from either of them. Apparently business must be really good at this dealership! We've decided to buy a Toyota Tacoma instead.
Gave me a very great price on the car I purchased and gave me great value on a trade in to make ends meet. Due to past experiences I was expecting for... the dealership to try and play me and back track on their word but to my surprise there were no tricks. Very friendly, great service, quick and easy. I drove from Tennessee because they had the car I wanted exactly how I wanted it and couldn't find it closer and I would make the drive again.
