Let me start off by saying, I wish I could give 0 stars. This by far was the worst service I have ever received. My car was recalled for a tail light harness... malfunction. I called, got an appt and immediately upon arrival was treated as if I had no business being there and very rushed. To make it even worse they could not fix the problem and made it worse by causing issues on both sides of my car. Vincent, the service Advisor, was beyond rude and confrontational with me going as far to say this is now my problem now and had to make a new appointment to get it fix. To make things worse the GM, Kal Nasser, was even worse. He yelled at me behind closed doors and went as far as to call me a lier for being upset over my service. Kal Naserr is a Bully and a Tyrant. I am not quite sure how he’s allowed to be GM. I have never felt so shamed and low leaving a place. The only one that offered any assistance was Daniel Bolton the service manager, he was great, but to be honest, at this point I cannot bring myself to go back to the dealership after I was treated so horribly and they could not fix a standard recall issue. It’s been 3 days, no call or email from anyone there regarding my experience and I am glad because I do not want to be reminded of my traumatic experience. I urge you to stay away from this dealership.

And he is a great communicator. He delivered on levels of Service of my purchase I will recommend him to my friends and family to buy a car from him. If you looking for a great dealership this is the one to visit! Kind, courteous, helpful,and knowledgeable..with no pressure sales. We especially like... Mac in the finance area who goes out of his way to go over everything to your satisfaction.. Don't miss this one!! Worth the trip!
Well, when I received the car, the engine light was on. I called the service department and they scheduled me to come in. I received a phone call a few... hours later and they explained to me exactly what the problem was and gave me an estimate to fix it. The car was repaired on time and it was over 20% less than the original quote. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the car was fixed correctly the first time! One of the service reps looks like Ryan Seacrest! Say hello to him for me!
