    After much research, we settled on a used Genesis Coupe at Safford Kia in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I discussed the car with Josh and explained we would... be driving from Alabama-10.5 hours on a Saturday. Turns out Josh was off on that Saturday, and we were planning to buy on Sunday when they opened, but Eric, another salesman, saved the day. He called and stayed an hour and a half after closing, along with Larry and the finance managaer, to get us in the car. They were all very polite and even gave us names of restaurants to try out overnight. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Safford Kia!

    Very expensive dealer repairs. Requires $127 just to look/diagnose. Both service lane employees and the cashier appeared to hate their jobs. Went to local... garage and saved $300 using genuine Kia parts.

    Charges 127 and makes you sign before they will even look at your car. Then asks customer if they know the part number needed. Tried to charge 900, for... a job that was completed for 600 elsewhere. When i called KIA they admitted they had no control over independent dealerships who could charge what they can get away with. Formed the impression they were out to gouge rather than serve their customers. NEVER again at this dealership. Called the manager and was advised he was busy but would call back. STILL WAITING.

    Hands down worst dealership service of my life!!! Home of the million mile warranty???? Easy to say then you never do any warranty work! Lets find a... way to blame the customer. Vehicle breaks down after 5K miles...blame the customer! Parts fail after 500 miles...blame the customer!!! Sure snow 100% breaks down the Kia undercarriage and its the customers fault for driving down the road when its snowing!!! They should change their slogan to screw the warranty, we don't give a xxxx about the warranty! Go out of your way to another dealership if you want to feel like a valued customer and actually have the dealership work FOR YOU AND WITH YOU!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!

    Great Sales experience with Adam. He was so nice and didn't pressure us to buy that day. Had exactly what we wanted within our price. He made sure we... were taken care of and Hightower did a great job with our paperwork and signing. Will definitely recommend them to everyone we know.
