Went to Rohrman's to check out an internet Frontier advertised. Left with an upgraded model Midnight Edition! Z made the purchase easy! Worth the drive... from Greenfield, WI!
I found a 2018 Nissan Frontier on Cars.Com from this dealership. It was listed as having 11 miles. I spoke with the salesman (Bill) 3 times before agreeing... to drive 90 minutes to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed the truck had the word "DEMO" on the windshield. I asked if that was the vehicle in the add and was told it was. I asked how many miles it had on it and was told 4000 but was being sold as new. I told them it wouldn't be sold as new to me! They didn't apologize or even try to engage in any further discussion. I would recommend staying away from this dealership.

Had an excellent Visit worked with all new people that actually care about the customer. We ended up purchasing two cars . The sales people polite and... personable the sales manager was very accommodating. What a difference this group of new people make they all work very well together . I spoke to Alex and Mary on the internet came in Met with Mary and a sales man Mitchell my husband and I were promptly addressed and made a confident choice with no hesitation . This place feels like we are all great friends.
Our initial encounter with the dealership was no issue. Everything checked out, the car was wonderful, and all the employees were very kind and helpful.... Upon the final purchase of the car about 20 minutes into the drive home, the transmission dropped and while the engine would run at 5,000 RPM the MPH would struggle to go above 10. We contacted the dealership to pick it up as we felt unsafe driving on the freeway back. They arrived to pick it up the next day despite initially telling use they would get it the same day. On the way back they got into an accident and did not tell us until we were in the shop days later and saw it ourselves. They eventually agreed to fix it on their own dime, however claimed that normally, despite their own employee driving the car, the costs for the repair would fall on us. This was only the start of our problems. The following talks were filled with consistent condescension from the manager, and regular periods of no contact for days despite being told that things would be handled in hours. Not only did we leave this dealership being told that our money could not be given back to us after the first debacle, but we were then made to pay more for a car with less features, higher mileage, and a cracked windshield. This dealership and its employees made us feel cheated and used, and there are plenty of other dealerships in there area that will do so much more to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase while it seems like Rohrman is more concerned with getting your money and keeping it only.
Found a car listed online called to Check the availability and was told it was available and would be pulled up front. Received an email confirming our... appointment. I told them I wanted to be sure it was still there as its for our 16 year old son and I didn't want to get his hopes up and then show up to no car. Well guess what we showed up to no car. A simple phone call or email would have been nice. Lost my business

The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer... it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.
