Recently, my husband and I took our vehicle in for some repairs. Vince, the Sales Manager, was fantastic. As our repairs we lengthy are best, he did... what a trustworthy manager would do, 1) provide what services needed to be completed immediately v the ones that could wait, and 2) he was customer focused. After picking up our vehicle, we were pleasantly surprised at the level of detail and attention the service department put in to our vehicle. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a place that is reliable and trustworthy.
I love Nissan. The people an workers really helped me. The managers are very polite. They don't mind goin the extra mile to help a potential customer.... I recommend them to anyone.
Gave a fair offer for my trade-in, Brandon at sales was great at answering any questions about the car. The only complaint we have is that the 4 wheel... alignment was done improperly as the steering wheel is off center.

I have had continuous problems with my back up camera, and some weather stripping on my front driver and passenger door. It has been serviced previously... for these issues at Bob Rohrman. The camera has never been fixed, as the technicians could not find anything wrong. The weather stripping was replaced as it was under warranty. I still continue to have problems with my camera not working. It is very difficult to drive my van without the camera. It is a 12 passenger van, and it is very difficult to back up without it. The weather stripping has started to fall off again! I called and made a service appointment to address the camera, (for the second time)weather stripping,(for the second time)issue with my gas tank, and my back air conditioning. I told them ahead of time that I needed a rental. When I got there it took about 45 minutes to get my service ticket written and get me in my rental. They told me they were short staffed, and that is why it took so long. They had my car for 30 days and did not fix anything! I was without my vehicle for 1 whole month. It is very frustrating to make a car payment and not even be able to drive my car! I was again told they were short staffed, and that is what took them so long. They were not able to find anything wrong with my camera or my rear air. They asked what I wanted done with the weather stripping, and I told them I wanted it replaced, as winter ia coming and I don't want to have any issues with it. After 30 days, they told me my vehicle was ready for pickup. I picked my vehicle up and the camera was not fixed, the air was not fixed, and the weather stripping was not replaced! My car was in the shop for 30 days, and NOTHING was fixed! I can't expresa how frustrating this is. How can you not fix my car in 30 days. About two weeks later, I called to complain, and again dropped my car off. They had if for less than 1 week. The weather stripping was replaced, they found a leak in my rear air and fixed it, and I got a new camera installed. How were they able to actually find problems and fix them? It should not have taken this long. I am extremely disappointed .
This dealership is deceitful, dishonest, and unwilling to admit their mistakes. I have only had my car for 5 days and turns out they lied about the oil... leak we addressed to them THE FIRST DAY we looked at the car. We told them there was a major oil leak which they lied that it wasn't by bringing us a mechanic that supposedly did the "oil change". It was not and it IS NOT a simple oil leak! Now, I have a major transmission oil leak!!! This is deceitful and dishonesty just to get a sale. It gets worse. When my contract was written, they wrote it like I was getting my whole car for a discount and that I only had to pay a $250 fee. They even forgot the Wisconsin wheel tax which meant my loan was going to go up $50 extra dollar! Their finance guys are pompous and rude and unwilling to admit their mistakes. It took a shouting situation with my loan officer at my bank for them to admit they wrote my contract wrong and to give me the wheel tax as a discount! This has been the worst car buying experience I've ever had and I've only had 4 cars in my 35 years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer to anybody who's looking for a used vehicle. They are dishonest and only want a sale. Their sales guys are apparently not on commission, but a car dealership is a car dealership is a car dealership. I am very unhappy, Bob Rohrman of Kenosha Nissan. The only silver lining is Ziam, my sales guy. Ziam went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with this sale, but it was all for nothing because now, I have a major oil leak. I will be brining my vehicle back and this dealership needs to rectify the situation that has not started out well from the get-go.
From the beginning determining the issue ordering the part and installing all went very smooth. Two different warranty issues i’m very satisfied with... the service with both of them.
