**SKIP THIS DEALERSHIP** Deceptive sales practices. One star is too generous!! We traveled 3.5 hours to this dealership because they had the vehicle we wanted and the advertised price was less than other dealerships. It was worth the extra time and trip to go there to purchase. We were told by Sammy, the internet sales manager, that it "just got off the truck and would be ready for us." When we arrived they told us it was not there, it was being driven up from Arlington Heights, IL. We didn't have a trade, so we asked for the total out- the-door price, many days before heading there. Sammy told us she would send that but we never heard from her, we just chocked it up to them being too busy? We supplied all information ahead of time to speed up the purchase process. Once we arrived we spent over an hour just waiting for the car, then they brought out the purchase agreement. The price was not what was listed on their website, or cars.com, or car gurus. It was Nissans MSRP. There was also an add-on of almost $1800 for a "ceramic top coat" which we did not order. They said the other dealership applied it (we doubt anything was ever applied). The sales man walked back to the office manager and they took that charge off, but it was still the full price. Sammy had said she would be there, not to do the paperwork, but she would stop by. We asked to speak with her and they said she came in early and left. We questioned the price. The sales manager (a very rude man) came over and explained their pricing that was in the fine print way at the bottom of the ad. The dealer discount advertised was for being a recent college graduate that was in the military and a previous Nissan owner. Not many would qualify for all three! The dealer's notes start out with a price off of MSRP, no mention there about contigencies. We decided we would walk on this one and purchase locally. The only satisfaction we got from this dealership was walking away. Don't trust their internet prices, or dealer discounts. They baited us in with the internet ad then switched the price. We found satisfaction buying elsewhere with another Nissan dealer.

I took my car in because the ABS warning light was on. Service area said that my car was still under warranty and the dealership should fix it. They contacted the dealership to verify and it was true.

GREAT EXPERIENCE AS USUAL, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY NEEDS. NEW OR USED VEHICLE, PARTS, SERVICE ETC. NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUES GETTING IN FOR SERVICE. STAFF ALWAYS HELPFUL

This dealership is class A all the way. I have been here twice before and they remember me, That's a Plus. Ken in the service Dept. was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good service is had to find. Will definitely be back.

I have always had great customer service here for oil changes and tire service. I have purchased two vehicles from this location. I do wish however that you would bring back the chocolate chip cookies

The gentlemen that helped me was very helpful and polite. Went in for a manufacturing recall issue. Car was done on time as promised. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend

Purchased a used SUV from them last weekend. There was an issue with the AC and they got it in the next day to diagnose and awaiting repair. Very friendly staff and quick!

My transmission flush and refill was done in less time than I was told it would take and actually cost less than I had been quoted over the phone. From start to finish, from the greeter to the cashier, every employee I met was very friendly and professional. But the service advisor (Ken) was exceptional and deserves more than five stars. The waiting room was very comfortable, more like a hotel lobby than a dealership, and I appreciated the wi-fi, coffee, and spotlessly clean bathroom. Kenosha Nissan is doing things right!
