2018 Subaru Crosstrek

I would recommend this dealership

I had a great experience while purchasing my vehicle, the only downfall was that the salesman stated there was a promo for free oil changes, but that promo had actually expired the month before. Sadly they still did not honor this promo for me.

Great Service

Thanks for doing a nice job replacing my recalled airbag and servicing my legacy oil , rotate tires, brake fluid and differential fluid. Providing me with a loaner really helped.

Forrester getting Brakes, and brake fluid changed

Did a great job, service was very friendly and helpful getting me a car so I did not have to wait while the work was being done. And getting it back to me in a timely matter and all cleaned.

Best car buying experience I've ever had

From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a smile and just the right amount of attention. I felt no pressure. Dan Pagnotta was my salesman and he was great. Personable, funny and knowledgeable. There was none of the the usual "I'll go run this by my manager" leaving you to sit waiting. The finance guy was great too. No pressure to up-sell. He presented you with options and if you declined, the matter was done. Total time in finance office was 10 minutes. I highly recommend Brilliance Subaru and Salesperson Dan Pagnotta.
