Satisfaction

The staff is excellent. There are no pressure tactics used, and I left that I got a great deal. In particular, Nate in Finance, and Kevin in Sales...also Ashley in Online services deserve mentioning.

Service Visit

I scheduled my visit on line this time. And this was my second visit to Brilliance Subaru, Elgin! Beautiful facility, very nice waiting area. Jim, my Service Rep, stated it would be about 45 minutes! And it was very close, if not faster. Everyone was very nice! Cashier was very friendly & explained the charges. This was an oil change & 18K Mile visit. Had a coupon for the Oil Change & the Tire Rotation. Both filters were fine! Had my Crosstrek washed and on my way.

Expectations Beyond Exceeding.

I wanted to take a moment to give a big shout out to Ricky here at Brilliance Subaru. I called looking to trade in my 2013 Subaru WRX and lease a 2018 2.0 Premium Crosstrek. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the options and genuinely wanted to know where my mind was and make things easy for me. We setup an appointment most convenient for me. Not even 5 minutes in the dealership, he's already taking me on a test drive. It was very enjoyable however I was unsure about getting it in a 6 -speed or CVT and I still was also checking out the different colors. With absolutely no pressure at all, he told me to take my time and to look over my options. About 3 days later, I finally decided on a Crystal White Pearl CVT. I called him at 9:00am. He found a car for me in the next hour that initially was not in their lot to give me exactly what I wanted. I come in later that same day and the car is washed and ready for me. All I had to do was paperwork. Jason in finance was also very friendly and informative on explaining leases to me. These two made the process as stress free and easy as possible. In all of about an hour and a half, I'm leaving the dealership with a brand new Crosstrek and a big smile on my face. Thanks again Ricky and Jason!

Second purchase from Brilliance

I recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from Phil Liang at Brilliance, the second time I have purchased from Phil. He is a perfect salesperson for my needs. Not pushy at all... very accommodating and patient.
