Phenomenal Dealership

Brilliance Subaru of Elgin is the best dealership, by far, I have ever been to. I found a car online and was given valuable and helpful information from the online representative, Preston Seals, before I made my trip to the dealer for the first time. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and if you go, Ed Troike is the salesman that made the experience what it was. From the time I arrived to the time I left, he was full of helpful and detailed information and will take you on an astonishing and unforgettable test drive. On top of it all, the cars are stunning from the way they look, the design, and most importantly, the way they drive! You won't believe it until you experience it yourself...which is why you need to go to Elgin and buy a car! Without a doubt, I would recommend and encourage for everyone to go to the Brilliance Subaru dealership and tell them to make sure they ask for Ed Troike as their salesman when they go.

Best dealership experience ever.

I've been going to dealerships for over 38 years and Brilliance Subaru service is one of the best experiences I've ever had. They always do a very good job at a good price. Never had a problem. They don't overcharge like so many other dealerships and they don't try to upsell you on expensive maintenance. They so such good work that I've even had them do repair work on my Toyota Camry!

Brilliance, takes care of their customers

When it comes to service you are in and out, Brilliance understands the customers busy schedule. They also check service milage to make sure your on top of it when it comes to caring for your SUV

Amazing place to buy a car

Very satisfied with Brilliance Subaru. Sales people there were awesome. The dealership was very clean as well. Outstanding customer service and willing to negotiate. A+ service in my opinion.

Great Dealership!!!!!!

Good service

Ever since my recent oil change I am getting an error message that something needs attention. Screen shows a wrench and message says something needs attention. Will be brining the car back when I get a chance.
