Great experience - loving my new Subaru Outback
Our first experience purchasing a Subaru was absolutely amazing. Very professional, low key without any pressure, and straight forward process. I am 64 years old and have purchased many car in my life, this by far was the best experience ever.

My first experience with Brilliance Subaru in Elgin, IL was shortly after they opened over 3 years ago. Their customer services is exceptional. Would not go anywhere else for service or to purchase my next Subaru.

Serviced Subaru
Brilliance Subaru has the most helpful and courteous service staff. Bought our car from Gary Lang, but find their service staff to be rude and condescending. Do NOT experience that at Brilliance.

No longer a one car family.
In our retirement years we chose to become a one car family. It was uncomfortable. As many, we disliked car shopping. From the passed we knew of Subaru's outstanding reliability and we started there. We were blessed to meet Ed Troike our sales associate who gently walked us through several directions and choices from used to new vehicles never pushing in any manner. We started out looking for cheap transportation. We ended up with a brand new Subaru Outback with Eyesight technology and never happier. Ed is one of the finest salesperson I've ever met. The rest of the entire staff is just as go.

Great experience had an awful experience with another Subaru dealership this location was greeted at the door . Staff was very friendly and helpful . Id recommend anyone in the market for a Subaru visit this dealership you wont regret it.

Buying our first brand new car
We recently bought a 2018 Forester and it was a very pleasant experience. Our salesman Jay Turner was very knowledgeable of the product. He was not pushy, he has a very easy-going, calm demeanor which is my preference to work with, especially when one is making a big and expensive decision. We are two senior citizens, who have never bought a brand new car. Jay had the unfortunate job of working with two fossils, I believe he understands we need private tutoring in how to use all the modern gadgets on today's cars and has generously offered to help us when needed.

2016 Subaru Forester service call
I had an issue with my Forester's eyesight and after a barrage of tests, they could not find anything wrong with it and it may have been something blocking the lens. I was happy to hear this and so far so good!

Great buying experience
They were very responsive to emails before I went in to look at some cars, and the sales staff and everyone were great to deal with once I got there. They were very accommodating and the purchasing process was easy and smooth.

Most accommodating
My battery died. I called my local mechanic, a local farm equipment store, and Brilliance Subaru. Brilliance got me in almost immediately, and replaced the battery while I waited in their very comfortable waiting room with a cup of hot chocolate. In my hastily-arranged contest for "Most Accommodating", Brilliance was the winner.
