Excellent car buying experience.

Looking for a used Subaru Outback for a while. Saw the one i bought on line. We live in Northbrook so it's a bit of a hike. SOOOO glad we did. Liked the car right away, i know cars so it was well worth the drive. Jim [ the GM ] and Donna [ sales] took care of us like we were old customers. The price of the Outback was fair, I was given a very fair trade in allowance and we made the deal. My wife and i got there kind of late but were never rushed in any way. We were there taking delivery well past their closing time. Thanku Donna, Thanku Jim, Thanku Jason in finance. Very good buying experience along with friendly personable sales and mgmt staff. Thanks Brilliance Subaru Staff, GREAT JOB !! If your reading this review, and your out looking and see something at Brilliance, stop by, you won't be disappointed. The Subaru product is the best in it's class.

Service review for Outback

Service to my Outback was efficient and thorough. I had an Oil change, brake, tire check done. And testing done on my vehicle regarding the proposed issue and service bulletin about excessive engine-oil consumption. They assure me that my vehicle is being monitored and will re-test 1200-1500 miles from now....

Best Buying experience ever!

Ed Troike was awesome, best buying experience I ever had. Stress free, and relaxed atmosphere helped make this the best. Ed was very knowledgeable and very organized in the process. I would recommend Ed and Brilliance to anyone looking for a new car!

Great Experience

Ed provided a great buying experience. Had the best and most thorough test drive imaginable. Wonderful explanation of all the Forestor's features. Very positive and quick negotiation to complete the sale. Highly recommend Brilliance and Ed Troike.
