Very good experience for buying a Subaru Outback

After many tries to buy a car I was so pushed back by the sales process I finally found the right person at Brilliance Subaru in the person of Ed Troike! He made the whole process fair and easy! Thanks to him I have a second car!

Standard 6 mos./6,000 mile check-up

1st service after purchasing car in November 2016 - just a basic oil change, etc.. Customer Service noticed dirt on hub caps (explained it was from adhesive that gets pulled off on new car deliveries, but some of the adhesive sticks on, and dirt accumulates) and cleaned those up. In and out in about an hour.

Brillance Subaru

This is my favorite subaru dealer ever. The sevice is outstanding and I like that they only sell subaru vehicles vs other dealers who sell several brands. I am so thrilled that this dealer opened here.

Great service department

Took very good care of maintaining my new WRX. Very specious and comfortable waiting lounge with nice amenities. Plan on coming back for future service maintenance.

Brilliance Subaru

Very personable, accommodating, prompt service. Couldn't have gone smoother. Was able to have a loaner which was very helpful. Loved the drive through experience!

Better than most.

The only issue I had was the reported missing lug nut. Since the last people to touch those lug nuts in the past were the Brilliance service staff during the last tire rotation, it suggests that the lugs were not tightened properly in the past. This is very concerning because one of the reasons I bring the vehicle to Subaru is to assure the job is done correctly. It was not. Also, although a minor cost, I had to buy the new nut that they did not properly tighten.

Best experience

Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Want you to be pleased and comfortable with your car.. Great experience. Glad to be a part of Subaru family.. Ed was especially attentive to my needs.

excellent Service Department customer service

First time customer with Brilliance Service Dept., definitely won't be my last. They made a wonderful first impression, from the person who scheduled my appointment through the whole service process. Professional and responsive!
