I was planning to trade my Mercedes in at another dealership when a service light came on. I went to the Irondale campus for service and while waiting bumped into Kim Gancayco in the used vehicle lot. She really listened to why I was there that day and jumped in with alternative solutions, without any pressure. Long story short, I traded for a Camry in great shape for my son. I also ended up trading my wife’s lease in early for an incredible GLE53. Two in one day! Tyler Williams in finance was also incredible. No hard sells, just smart conversations about covering yourself from repair risk. He really listened to what we needed and found the right products for both my son and my wife, which were different. Extremely pleased with the dealership, from the greeters to the closers. I would highly recommend the Irondale campus. Ask for Kim Gancayco and Tyler Williams!
