    The representatives are nice but the car they sold me after telling me it was in good condition is totally in bad condition that I might not be able to... drive it but still have to pay it.

    Car Line Auto: My story with this dealership started off on the bad foot since I purchased a vehicle that was not a great fit for me and my medical accommodations.... Usually "most"dealers would care less once the deal is done however; James who is the owner of this business was accommodating through the whole process with offering me a lender vehicle for a week to find another solution. Since its hard to change a vehicle that is not "lemon" with any bank; James was able to work with my bank to switch me to another great vehicle that fit my medical needs that falls under the ADA rules and regulations. Even I was given this owner a hard time he understood how stressful it is when you suffer with a severe medical condition that may disable you from driving various of vehicles. I highly recommend this car dealer and his team despite all the bad reviews that you guys see online. This Dealership cared about my severe medical conditions and worked with me. Thank you James and the rest of the team!!!!!!!!!

    I bought a 2004 Chevy impala from this dealership. The representatives provided great customer service and tailor to your needs. They really try to work... with you. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

    On June 30, 2017 I visited Car Line and purchased a used vehicle. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the process probably went more quickly since... I already had financing. The car was quite nice with very low miles considering its year and it had the features I was looking for. They cleaned the car before I drove it off the lot but they could pay more attention to detail, especially on the nooks and crannies inside the car. There was a section of weather stripping at the top of the windshield which needed to be reattached and the fabric at the base of the A-pillar and dashboard was loose. They put the weather stripping back in place but I had to buy adhesive on my way home to seal it and keep it from flapping. The fabric at the base of the A-pillar and dashboard was partially tucked back in so I'll need to figure out how to do it myself. To be fair, that may be an issue they don't have the resources to fix. The facility was clean and reasonably well kept but the bathroom was out of order, however, which contributed to an average facility rating. Overall I'd give Car Line about 3.2-3.5 stars and am very pleased with my purchase.

    They're nice people, but on a professional scale I would not reccomend shopping here. First I had to return to have my truck cleaned out, then I had to... come back because they didn't sign the title correctly, and then I had to return again because the miles were filed wrong. My time is very valuable, I was not pleased with their way of operating.

    My husband found a car online for our 17 year old son. It was a Ford Mustang 2006. The care looked great and really after we added the new car seats... was a lovely car for him. We got the car home and practiced driving it around the neighborhood for a few days and then on day 3 the car broke down. It wouldn't start! So, after having to pay to have it towed to a shop and $350.00 dollars later we are hopeful that having to replace the starter only a few days after buying the car is the only trouble we will have for a while. Time will tell. Guys we're very nice and one even went to buy our daughter ice cream which was so sweet of him. We were a little frustrated with the timing of this unexpected repair though. My suggestion.... just ask to take the car to a local mechanic to have a look before buying. If they do t want you too... then run:)

    I went to car line expecting to buy a honda or toyota but Matt worked his magic and got me into my dream car (bmw m6 ) . Matt was the salesman that helped... through a process I thought would never end in a positive way but these guys at carline are the REAL DEAL. Matt even took the time to make sure everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the bluetooth with my phone and etc. I highly recommend Matt at carline he will take care of you and you will be in good hands. IF YOU NEED A CAR GO THERE NOW !

    Accompanied my girlfriend to this dealership to look for a Dodge Charger SRT8!!The customer service was excellent. Car was purchased with no problems,... issues or hassles. The hour and a half drive was worth it. Two thumbs up to Joey, Zack and Albert.

    We were looking at a Toyota Scion for my son I called several times inquiring about it and kept getting the run around and after driving an hour and a... half to look at it the car was not even at the lot yet. I was never told that the week before when I was calling. I was promised pictures of the vehicle when it came in and 2 weeks later still haven't received them. Horrible experience and got the run around.
