I just got a letter from Kia about firmware update .

I just got a letter from Kia about firmware update . It voluntary service for my Kia Sportage EX Hybrid . So l decided to get it done for my safety . This a good update and I wanted to share it with everyone . If more updates are needed I will do it it important for my safety .

Vanessa, Megan, and the whole staff of Kia was very nice

Vanessa, Megan, and the whole staff of Kia was very nice their are new workers but are very friendly, love that the car wash works again, love that you can price match tires. They helped me fix my tire and love that I have a warranty for maintenance.

Tech Couldn?

Tech Couldn?t find why I am losing air in front left tire. It was frustrating that it took so long to have tire checked. My service person was kind & communication was good.

Good communication with service advisor Sam. Very thorough on explaining to me about the problem and the repair that was done. He communicated both by phone call and txt msgs.

I believe the impression of a store depends largely on the salesperson, and both of the representatives who assisted me were excellent. The manager also knows the key to successful sales. Communication by email was smooth as well. Thank you.

Buying process was okay but the customer service from our

Buying process was okay but the customer service from our sales rep after the sale was not good at all. The brand new car (2025 Telluride XPro) was missing mats and a wheel lock. We were told the parts would be delivered in 2-3 days, which did NOT happen. It felt like I was pulling teeth to get a response from the rep on when we?d be able to get those things. I had to reach out via text and calls multiple times sometimes without response. Finally after almost a month, we got them. They delivered them to our house to make up for how long it took, which was very nice, but the amount of follow up it took to get it was very frustrating. It felt like they closed the deal and didn?t care about the customer anymore.
