    I just hope that in the future your services would not take advantage of people with simple needs. I could understand if there were a major collision or... some sort of major damages and services that's required, but a simple debris removal should not, in my opinion, cost the same amount as having a tech remove and break down your vehicle. It makes it seem like your dealerships would charge anyone, like say, an old woman, $150 for help placing an oil cap on in the event that she removed one and misplaced it. Though I have no formal complaints, as I agreed to pay to have a technician take a look at my vehicle. I just did not expect to pay such a large amount to simply have a plastic bag removed. It feels like the dealership is more concerned with running things by the book and making a quick profit instead of genuinely caring about customer satisfaction. I've received similar services where the dealership removed simple debris as a courtesy.

    Nothing bad to say about the service we received. Our Kia Sportage has been a blast to drive and the first service was quick .

    We are looking for a Christmas gift for our daughter. We will only purchase from Ryan Coleman from now on and we are telling all our friends how honest... and considerate he is with our needs. When we met him we were sceptical of sales people. Ryan put our mind at ease and offered us advice we did not even think of. Kearny Pearson is lucky to have someone like him. He is an asset to the company. We will be finalizing the transaction closer to Christmas.

    Worst experience ever with a car dealer! I have purchased 17 new cars in my life. I have never seen such a bad dealership. I purchased a new Kia Sorrento... from Robert in the internet department. Pretty sure he is the manager for the internet and he has zero follow through. They could not give me the 2nd key that comes with the car because they said it was locked in a lock box. They told me they would send it to me and they never did. I have called them and gone there and nothing has happened. They lied and told me twice they sent it but never got it in the mail. Do yourself a favor and go by from another Kia dealer. The car itself is great and I highly recommend!

    Working with Dustin Dart was exemplary! From the moment he approached us and during the buying process until the signing of the papers, Dustin was pleasant... and professional. I would highly recommend him and this dealership!

    was overall amazing, very patient, knew what he was talking about and helped me and my mother with all the questions and concerns we had regarding about... any car we had in mind. we left the lot satisfied with our new car purchase and great experience with Kearney Pearson KIA. I highly recommended Brian Anaya to my friends and family to purchase their car with him.

    Buying a vehicle is generally a stressful event. However, since becoming part of the Kearny Pearson Ford & Kia family in 2013. Our experiences of car... buying has been something to look forward to. We're on our 4th lease with this dealership, and the service, and experience gets better every time we go. Highly recommended.

    Sean Collins was a great help and extremely supportive. He test drove a car with me and my two year old daughter. He was able to answer all of my questions... and was great with my daughter. I came back to buy a car from him two days later. He did a great job at helping me decide on whether to go with a lease or purchase along with showing me a few different vehicles. I will be passing on referrals to Sean and his team. The management team and finance team was knowledgable and answered all my questions. The process was smooth from start to finish even during a busy weekend sales event!

    Buying a car is a very stressful situation, but Wesley made the process easier. He is very professional, attentive, and courteous. He listened and understood... exactly what we're looking for. He never tried to sell us something we couldn't afford or put us into a different car. He did all the research before we got there. He also followed up after the purchase to make sure we are happy. Because of our experience with Wesley, we will definitely recommend Kearny Mesa Pearson Kia.
