You helped with a smile!

Our experience was completely random. We were on our way to Florida from Nebraska. (We were taking a friends vehicle to Florida for her). Once in the car, we decided to listen to audio books on our trip. Try as we may, we were unsuccessful in pairing a phone and getting the book to play over the vehicle sound system. We stopped in the Volvo dealership in Overland Park to see if we could get some assistance. We went into the showroom and were greeted by a very nice representative. We told her that this would be the most unique request she would have all day. We told her our predicament and she said, “You’re in luck! I happen to be the tech support for this dealership! Let’s go out to your car and we’ll get you all ready to listen to your book.” We went out to the vehicle and with in a matter of minutes had all our questions answered, our audio book playing in the vehicle and thanked us for stopping by. What a great representative she is for Volvo. With customer service like that, I’m sure this dealership is well respected. Thank you for all the help and support. Signed, Confused travelers.

Volvo for Life

Purchased my 5th "gently used" white Volvo S60 AWD with beige interior today. Every 5 years, like clockwork. And yes, those specs are a firm requirement. I love the crew, from sales to service, with many of these folks like family since I've been working with them since I moved to the KC area 15 years ago.

Just NO!

I would never buy a car from Premiere Volvo. The salesman lied to me about the price of the new vehicle, then lied about the price of my trade-in. The finance team was completely non-negotiable and unfriendly. I don't know how or where they got my credit score information, but I have access to Experian and it said my score was 30 points higher than what they were telling me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will drive to St. Louis to the next nearest Volvo dealership to buy my XC40 Recharge.

Car sold while dealer arranging for me to test

Got approved for loan , dealer contacted to test drive, gave a counter offer and next text, from dealer, said car had been sold was I interested in something else. Odd thing was car sold after counter offer on day of ice storm. If someone else was in process of buying car dealer should tell buyer rather than lead them on.

Good salesman, poor service

I had a good salesperson, Dennis Bodenhammer. Unfortunately, like most car dealers, the minute they have your money, you get horrific service. I expected better from a Volvo dealer. They have a specialist who shows you all the features of a new car. I still have not gotten a call back from this woman. Premier totally screwed up my paperwork to title my car in Missouri. After several calls and emails with the rudest title clerk, I was finally able to get my car titled.

Leased my 3rd volvo

I went in to service my 2018 XC60. My lease was due in March 2021 so I was just beginning to browse cars. I was able to make an appointment for my service and to look in the showroom (thanks covid :) online which was super easy. Both were confirmed via phone call and it was so easy. I dropped off my vehicle and was ushered inside. My salesperson greeted me and showed me the cars I was interested in. I wasn't sure I was going to lease a new vehicle that day. I just wanted to get an idea of what was out there. However, the process was easy, the vehicle they had was exactly what I wanted and they offered me a great price. I couldn't turn it down. I left with a new car and I am so pleased.

Outstanding customer service!

Outstanding customer service! The people were great to work with and made purchasing a vehicle a JOY! They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer! It was well worth the drive from Omaha! Walked me through the entire process making sure I understood each step from financing to using and understanding my new vehicle! Thank you for the great experience!

Terrible liars

I turned my lease in with purchasing the full coverage lease insurance. I asked the general manager Josh if I needed to get it inspected b4. He stated that unless there was damage to the car or tires were bald I would be okay. My car was turned in with 19200 miles. I had it serviced 1 month with them b4 I turned it in. It was in perfect condition. Volvo is trying to charge me over 1000$ for erroneous and fraudulent charges on the car. Premier Volvo is telling me I had no added insurance even though I payed an extra 75$ a month for the peace of mind insurance. They are bold faced liars here. Do not buy a car with them.

It is always our intent to provide you with five-star customer service. unfortunately, after looking more into your issue we come to find out that you didn't take advantage of the Excess wear and tear coverage that offers the peace mind knowing that after your vehicle is inspected by third party, and there were some extra charges for any excess wear and tear will be covered at no charge to you. I regret to inform you that without having that coverage, Premier Volvo wont be able to help in this matter. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have. Don't Waste Your Time

Staff is completely rude and some very immature, I could feel the tension and fake vibes that project from people in that establishment. If you want dishonesty, non-reliable treatment, then this disaster of a place is meant for you.

Premier Volvo-Missed the Mark!

As a resident of Columbia, MO, I have the choice to either drive 2 hours to St. Louis or 2 hours to Kansas City to have my Volvo XC90 serviced. On Monday, June 8, 2020, I made the choice to have my car serviced in Kansas City at Premier Volvo. However, this was a mistake. The customer service I received in the service department can best be described as inefficient and unacceptable. I reached out to Jimmy Loveland to share my experience...however, he never responded to my message. I love my volvo cars and Premier had an opportunity to gain a lifetime customer....they missed the mark.
