Exceptional!

Exceptional! I just purchased a Lexus from Premier Volvo and it was a wonderful experience! I went to many dealerships where the salesmen were misleading and pushy. I was so grateful that this was not the case with Brett, John and Molly. They were all super helpful and a pleasure to work with and gave me a great deal. I highly recommend!

Exceptional! I just purchased a Lexus from Premier Volvo and it was a wonderful experience! I went to many dealerships where the salesmen were misleading and pushy. Make sure you an extended warranty at no cost

I bought a certified used XC90 that had supposedly been through 150-point inspection. All of these items were found faulty within yes than a month. Heated Oxygen Sensor, Seat belt, Bad axel outer CV joint, Front rotors out of allowed spec, and Rear disc brakes squeaking that had to be replaced.

Poor service, Dirty car for a Premium price.

Our experience with Volvo of Overland Park dealership was nothing like we expected especially since they like to compare themselves to high end car dealers. The showroom was modern and clean but staff did not show any interest in selling a car. We were passed from one sales person to another. We found the car we wanted, scheduled a time to come see it and it hadn't even been washed. There were dead bugs and tree sap all over it. There was also damage to the vehicle that were not noted in photos and the milage was almost 20%higher than what was listed on their website. We were ready to buy it that day but they then informed us we had to finance through one of their banks, which was at a considerably higher interest rate, considering I have perfect credit. After, what basically amounted to three strikes and a bad gut feeling about the overall demeanor of the dealership, we decided to walk away.

You helped with a smile!

Our experience was completely random. We were on our way to Florida from Nebraska. (We were taking a friends vehicle to Florida for her). Once in the car, we decided to listen to audio books on our trip. Try as we may, we were unsuccessful in pairing a phone and getting the book to play over the vehicle sound system. We stopped in the Volvo dealership in Overland Park to see if we could get some assistance. We went into the showroom and were greeted by a very nice representative. We told her that this would be the most unique request she would have all day. We told her our predicament and she said, “You’re in luck! I happen to be the tech support for this dealership! Let’s go out to your car and we’ll get you all ready to listen to your book.” We went out to the vehicle and with in a matter of minutes had all our questions answered, our audio book playing in the vehicle and thanked us for stopping by. Volvo for Life

Purchased my 5th "gently used" white Volvo S60 AWD with beige interior today. Every 5 years, like clockwork. And yes, those specs are a firm requirement. I love the crew, from sales to service, with many of these folks like family since I've been working with them since I moved to the KC area 15 years ago.

Just NO!

I would never buy a car from Premiere Volvo. The salesman lied to me about the price of the new vehicle, then lied about the price of my trade-in. The finance team was completely non-negotiable and unfriendly. I don't know how or where they got my credit score information, but I have access to Experian and it said my score was 30 points higher than what they were telling me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will drive to St. Louis to the next nearest Volvo dealership to buy my XC40 Recharge.

Car sold while dealer arranging for me to test

Got approved for loan , dealer contacted to test drive, gave a counter offer and next text, from dealer, said car had been sold was I interested in something else. Odd thing was car sold after counter offer on day of ice storm. If someone else was in process of buying car dealer should tell buyer rather than lead them on.

Good salesman, poor service

I had a good salesperson, Dennis Bodenhammer. Unfortunately, like most car dealers, the minute they have your money, you get horrific service. I expected better from a Volvo dealer. They have a specialist who shows you all the features of a new car. I still have not gotten a call back from this woman. Premier totally screwed up my paperwork to title my car in Missouri. After several calls and emails with the rudest title clerk, I was finally able to get my car titled.

Leased my 3rd volvo

I went in to service my 2018 XC60. My lease was due in March 2021 so I was just beginning to browse cars. I was able to make an appointment for my service and to look in the showroom (thanks covid :) online which was super easy. Both were confirmed via phone call and it was so easy. I dropped off my vehicle and was ushered inside. My salesperson greeted me and showed me the cars I was interested in. I wasn't sure I was going to lease a new vehicle that day. I just wanted to get an idea of what was out there. However, the process was easy, the vehicle they had was exactly what I wanted and they offered me a great price. I couldn't turn it down. I left with a new car and I am so pleased.
