RUDE RUDE RUDE.....Absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE. We stopped by to check out their Acura RDX 2019. The sales guy was really rude. He wasn't really interested... in showing us the car. After we did the test drive we liked the car and almost made up our mind to buy the car but their sales team were pushing us to finance the car from them which was at a really high APR. We asked their sales representative to give us a sales sheet for the vehicle so we could get a loan from our bank to which he got pissed off and refused to provide us a sales sheet. On top of that he packed up all off his documents and simply asked us to leave. Me and my friend were shocked by the kind of treatment we got. I'm never stepping foot at their dealership again in my life. Avoid these rude people if you don't wanna get embarrassed.
I should have looked a lot harder before doing business here. Shady dealings, management and terrible customer service . Even walked in to speak with sales... manager and was refused to speak with me.
I recently purchased a used vehicle and extended warranty from them. Within a month I experienced problems. I called them up they brought it in and checked... it out and of course it stopped acting up. A week later the problems resumed, they were able to diagnose the problem this time and work with the warranty company to get it repaired with nothing out of pocket. They went above and beyond by providing me with a loaner vehicle and keeping me informed every step of the way. Jerry Jackson and his service department are really squared away. Justin the service person kept me informed about everything. I will never go anywhere else.

Well, I had a slow leak this morning in my tire due to driving over something. Since I bought my tires from Hiley Subaru of Fort Worth and have them under... warranty with this dealership I thought I'll just give them a call to see if they can get me in for a tire repair. I called into Hiley and was told they couldn't see me until the end of April. Yes, the end of April - a month from now. After more back and forth I was told I could come in to drop off my car and they will call me when it's ready. I understand that shops get busy but I didn't want to incur more cost with the tires I just bought 6 months ago and since my tires are under warranty with Hiley going to them seemed like the most logical choice to getting my tire fixed at the time. I also have only one car and dropping my car off will be really inconvenient because they didn't have any spare cars for me to drive while my tire was being repaired also I was not given a definite time and day in which I could pick my car back up. Let me tell you this DO NOT buy tires from this dealer if you get into a bind like I was in they are not there for you. I ended up going to Discount Tires where they checked my tires and repaired them at a small charge. I will be going back to Discount Tires for all my tires needs. I will not go back to Hiley for any type of service or purchase. From now on I will be going to Sewell for all my service needs. I have been to Sewell before and always received great service.
Crooks with smiles. I purchased my Subaru BRZ there and everyone is always smiling. The problem is that everything I was told turned out to be a lie.... I was given a "discount" that magically disappeared with "add-ons". I asked to do my own financing and please do not have a free for all on my credit by doing hard inquiries. I found out a day later they did 7 hard inquiries and lowered my credit score 40 points. I was in the fiance room for 45 minutes saying over and over again I did not want the extended warranty. I finally gave up and said yes just to get out of the room. I came back later and cancelled the extended warranty. That was 8 weeks ago. I have made numerous calls and keep getting blown off. The "credit" they say you will get when you cancel does not exist. They are crooks and con men who smile all the time lying and deceiving you.
Management was friendly and helpful. I went in on the last day of the year hoping for a better deal. Not sure I got it but I love this Ascent! Ramon was... a sweetheart, ask for him!

I brought my 2017 Outback in for a routine oil change and tire rotation which was done promptly and during the vehicle check up a few other items were... brought to my attention as well as advising me of my up coming 30k mile service including a detailed description of what will be done and how much it will cost. I liked the the upfront approach with no surprises. The service personnel are always courteous and friendly. As I live outside the courtesy car range I stay and wait for my car and it seems that they prioritize my service when possible.

The waiting time was reasonable and the waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I love the service included with the purchase of my Subaru, even though... I didn’t purchase from this dealership!

I have been very pleased with the service received when an issue comes up. Customer service is very personable in which the stats are presented in detail... regarding the service needed. The facilities were excellent such as free gifts, coffee bar, snacks in which I have never seen at any other dealership. The pricing was a bit high compared to the same items that could be purchased retail. Otherwise the service is dependable and you get what you pay for....knowing you will be safe in your car.
