    The sale people were very knowledgeable. This is my first experience buying a Subaru and I really enjoyed not having some one hovering over me. My questions... where answered to my satisfaction and I had the opportunity to meet one of the sales managers. In fact, I had interviewed several Subaru owners regarding their service experience. Everyone I asked stated it was a good place to take your care to and they had not had any issues.

    Used car was filthy and empty water bottles left inside from previous customers? Daughter asked if it comes with 2 keys and was told if you want another... key you can buy it? Wow this was straight from the manager. Lack of empathy to us, Went to Car Max.

    My salesperson (Nathan K.) was awesome. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted and taken to a desk where N.K. started asking us questions... so he could get a feel for what I wanted. We were both able to test drive the Crosstrek and Forester. Then we started figuring out what options I wanted in my new car. We were told a quote for both cars and I told NK I needed to think about which car I wanted. We came back on Saturday test drove the Crosstrek again and was sold. I really wanted the Cool grey khaki but the closest one was 300 miles away and was going to cost a lot so the manager gave me a deal of buying a silver one, which was the 2nd color choice. He also gave me the next higher option package. If I bought the silver Crosstrek so I did. The signing of all the paperwork was not as bad as a new house, while we signed papers NK took the car to be detailed and get a full tank of gas. NK also set up my phone to my car. a new feature for me. Just a great experience all around.

    Quoted different prices on a used car? (Mixed up) Then we were asked if we are buying today??Never offered test drive Sorry we are outta there. Ended... up buying at much more reputable and professional store.
