I bought a car from them and had nothing but problems. Motor was replaced and they put a used motor in that did not work. Horrible experience.

I was skeptical about buying a used car from a warehouse district in Dallas (south of Irving) but the great price drew me in and made me want to go see... this vehicle. George was super nice on the phone and explained that he was a wholesaler, buying slightly damaged cars and repairing them, returning them to the market. I was interested in a 2014 Subaru Outback with 40,000 miles. It would have been $22,000 on most lots, but his price was $17,500. I'd seen several similar to it for $20,000 but they would have 80,000 miles on them. I'd been looking for a month all over the country and new this was a good price. Maybe too good. I knew when I drove up that it was a "repair lot" with crashed vehicles, and understood then the price.... but they were totally open and showed me around. I walked through their huge garage with about 15 cars being worked on. None of the cars had major damage. It looked to me like most were "texting accidents" with a little front end damage. I saw 4 in the garage with new hoods being put on, and new radiators, etc, but there was no major structural damage. They were definitely not trying to straighten out a totaled vehicle. He said they only dealt with clean titles, no salvage titles, and they repaired with new parts, not bondo and such and trying to straighten out panels. We saw a lot of large "subaru" boxes with parts in them sitting on top of the cars on in the hatchback waiting for their "turn" to be reassembled. One thing that was nice is - They did go around the vehicles and fix every single ding and scratch, too, that wasn't related to the crash, and it made for brand new looking cars. New front bumper paint, etc makes a big difference. I've bought a lot of used cars, and it is disappointing to drive an hour and see a car that has scratches you couldn't see in the photos. With Motorsports Auto Group, you won't find any issues like that. George had a large staff of men that knew what they were doing and were making these great cars like new again. I would buy from them again.
